- With the new update, Dahlia released. So, let's rank all the characters in Rogue Company from Best to Worst again! Discusses all abilities, perks, weapons, loadouts, traits and ranked competitive viability. Remember to subscribe if you'd like to see more content like this!
Rogue Company features a wide range of playable characters, referred to as Rogues. Each Rogue has their own traits, otherwise known as abilities. The gameplay features team death match and objective-based game modes on various maps. Matches consist of multiple rounds, with each round beginning with both teams skydiving from aircraft to the map below to battle against each other over various objectives. Between rounds, players may use money earned from the prior round by completing objectives and eliminating players in the previous round to buy and upgrade weapons, equipment and perks.

I disagree with glitch. He can disable and even use enemy claymores and other types of sensor triggered bombs against the enemy team. He can stop abilities which can stop many lethal abilities. His hack also confuses players and blinds their map. I think he is a B Tier. He could be rated A if used properly He Could completely knock out enemy defenses by destroying their claymores and ballista knives. (Just my opinion)
I'm not sure Dima is S tier. I would argue he's deserving of a buff instead of a nerf. His cluster grenade launcher can be easy to avoid if you know what your doing, and I can count the times I've been killed by it on one hand. If his passive is reworked, he'd definitely be an A-tier, but there are still other characters who can easily counter him.
@@teddyoshirak4220 it's just a very versatile ability with area denial, destroying gadgets or barbed wire, downing opponents and confirming kills. I do agree that he is closer to A-tier, but I feel his MIRV Launcher needs a slight nerf in terms of damage dealt.

No way is Dima an S tier. Ronin is way better you can do so much with the knife. She also gets a choice of SMG or AR. She's super flexible and belongs S tier. Dima belongs B tier at most. If his cluster bomb was quicker at exploding Id still put him at low A. There's too many characters with tenacity and trophy systems. I would also put Saint in S tier and Lancer in B.
Brother rabbit no way is Lance b tier she has the best passive in the game... She's an easy s tier she has good guns and a well rounded load out, ..
And dima is pretty good, I personally think he underrated glitch as he's pretty damn good when played right, I think Phantom is very good but got to be good with her (I am ok with her but have room for improvement) scorch is good but niche, I haven't played Vy so can't say anything, and talon is easily S tier this guy needs to learn how to play him, he's fucking amazing and his dart has single Handedly won me rounds and stop myself or teammates being flanked. Ronin is ronin, she's amazing but has some downsides, anvil is just annoying and has a 60 round LMG and a shield not much else to say
@@trxmamba1909 You do realize a Tier list has skill gap taken into consideration to right? Ive come across a few good lancers but most are predictable you know the flank is coming and about half of them don't use the passive ability. Throw a gas grenade or barb wire in her way and the passive is gone. No where near an S tier. Im an Anvil main and I wouldn't even rank him A tier he's easily a low B Tier at most. If you have a bad Phantom on you're better off with them disconnecting. Skill ceiling puts her low B high C. I can agree with you Talon is very good high A low S tier.

Anvil is probably the best melee character in the game for that reason.

Personally, I think Ronin is the most ”crutch” character for competitive in the game and should be S tier as her dart+nade+smoke+tanacity combo make her the single most well-rounded rogue. Great video tho appreciate the well thought out analysis!
She's definitely moving up the tier list slowly. I don't think she is nerf-worthy though

Just started playing today. Good game so far. I am a Dallas main and I agree w you. He’s good when he is in the hand of someone with good marksmanship, but his A/R is eh. The DMR though is a two tap if you hit one headshot and the auto reload when you down someone is a good perk when you’re trying to hit longer shots. But he has to stay medium to long range. Not enough dps to push. All around good video, and you earned a sub. Have a great day.

I’m a Saint main and glad with his ranking, his AR, Claymores and ability are all very powerful and will slow any Aggressive players down.
I just started to main Chaac and I have been performing very very well with him but after your explanation and ranking I might have to agree with you. If it wasn’t for his abundant of outstanding perks he would be rather lackluster. His SMG however is very forgivable with its great starting meg size but it definitely lacks power.
I might have to try Trench out because at first I thought he was trash but you made him sound really fun and competitive if used probably.

I honestly agree with all of these opinions, especially the one about Anvil.
In one of the previous videos he said to use the C4 with Anvil, imo it's best to use the Trophy System instead, tons of people throw grenades and it's being very helpful for my team.

As an Anvil main i love charging at people with a baseball bat, blowing them up with a C4 or blocking zip line with my shield to make people fall (I love when that happens)

My favorite person is glitch because I think his smg first of all is above average like it has good damage fire rate range and with the 3rd upgrade it has barely any bloom and can just hit so many headshots at range he also has pretty good perks in my opinion and can use his main for a radar it’s like a really good sixth sense

i main vy, shes really good her poison is so good for getting poeple out of corners and pushing out of where there camping
and her gun in short range melts. Her poison is the main reason i chose her just so people dont camp objectives or stay rounda corner

Kyle Loss Here’s my case: he has one of the most balanced smg’s, (very little recoil) some of the best perks atm, (plus he’s getting headstrong in the next patch to replace 6 sense), PLUS he has the 2 best lethals in the game! ( flashbang & the semtex ) he’s just an overall game changer if played right!

I've been playing extraction with Talon, and he is god-tier in that game mode. With his C4 and his dart, he can clear corners like nobody else and is dangerous from close-up and afar.
Also extraction needs to be a permanent mode. It's a more casual demolition that's just more fun if you don't want to play competitively.
I really enjoy extraction as well, so much fun and a solid blend of game modes

Who do you like playing as most?
diehardGG since I’m new and don’t know the maps to well I’ve been playing Dallas just because if I’m last alive I can clutch with the ability.
Saint lover here, I think how well rounded his rifle is, is insane. I win Cqc in most situations since I have really good aim, the fire rate and accuracy of the gun, plus the damage per bullet and damage drop off are all very decent it genuinely doesn't suck in any situation, it just can be outshined by more specialized weapons like smg's up close. Even then I beat smg's more often then not with the thing, I love it but I think it needs a nerf, my downs per game is now averaging 26 (elims 32) and it's only not higher because I end most games too fast. I'm not trying to brag, just wanna say I think saint deserves S tier because of his rifle. I shouldn't be able to dominate DPS everywhere with a healer.

I would say Saint is A - Tier but the amount of times I've been down and left to die by our Saint while he is just focused on getting kills and completely wasting his ability and not even getting kills has brought him down to C - Tier
His guns suck
They just have to get used to playing him, he is not supposed to be played aggressively, a good saint will put claymores under certain ziplines and always make sure that no one isn't downed.
Vy is underrated. Her special isn't just useful for 100% efficient use, it's also great for zone control, AND you get 2 of them. People will avoid the acid at all costs and get trapped
She's good, but I do think that Trench is a better version of her.
@@diehardGG meeh, he only has one, and it does no damage. Her ability doesn't do direct damage, it lowers their total HP, so that if they're hurt they won't recover to 100. It's not immediately obvious how to get rid of her acid, with Trench's you just hit it.
Agreed! Not sure how trench is a better version when Vy can stack 125 hp and leave an enemy with 75 capped until they die or respawn. How many times would an extra 10hp save you in RC? Her ability is economically better
@@scallivant2270 AND, it's not limited to one player, even tho her HP is capped at 125, if all 4 opponents walked into it, they will all get leeches, even if she's already at 125.

You know whenever there’s a dima they just stand in the back and I open up holes in the enemy’s defenses and counter choke points by pushing forward them using barricade

Chaac A or S in my opinion. Idk tho. That’s from my gameplay. I ranked up all my characters at least 3 times on console alone so I have experience with all. I think chaac is better than dima but yeah. Every time I use him I pop off.

For playing saint a lot , master rank 2 (had game for 3 days)...Here is my recommendation for entire game...They should provide more bleeding time . And as for saint , his raising drone should provide a shield while raising and maybe it is me , but his basic gun (secondary) does a lot of damage , i dont even purchase other weapons , lol
Saints ability is strong enough, you've just got to use it right.
You can crawl away while he revives you so that’s pretty strong

My first time playing, I wanted to go with Ronan. Then, when someone else locked for her, I said to myself "Well, better to learn a new character anyway." Found out I kick ass with Anvil.
Tips for those who want to or already main Anvil: When you plant your barricade, you can shoot the canister on the front: this gets rid of the window so you can shoot from behind its cover. I normally spend my first 4000 points on upgrading his pistol. Anvil mains should also get the "Helping Hand" perk and get his LMG as soon as possible.
Why would you shoot it if it already has the option to blow the glass without shooting it
@@mangogo2258 You see my friend, you can't shoot through the glass. It's bulletproof. By shooting the canister, you can give you or your allies a safe place to actually shoot from, unlike the side of the barricade, which would leave half of your body exposed. This way, you can look over the cover. You might even be able to place it in the corner and make a murder hole.

Since closed beta I've mained Ronin. Obviously the game felt pretty easy. Now since I'm playing a lot of Vy the game is significantly more challenging as the primary weapons are THE WORST. Her rifle takes 6 headshots to kill which I find abhorent since most of the handguns need only 3.

I think for satisfaction levels Phantom is an s++++ tier its just so satisfying to get headshots . i agree with most of the tiers i think the nerf to phantom did kinda hurt me inside since you cant just shoot and swap but it was much needed she was too good . I think Dima is a bit overrated since you can dodge roll out of the grenades and i think the trophy system can eat them up and his passive is just aweful and he isnt deserving of a nerf i think he is a very solid A-tier . Good video .

Your channel has been growing pretty quick since you started doing rogue company vids, that’s awesome 👏
Ronin has everything you need and is extremely versatile thanks to her passives. Sixth Sense alone is what sets her and Glitch apart from others because that perk alone is like having Dallas' special ability on at all at times if you can take advantage of the info. Literally you can tell where they are looking at you from and just how close they could be if it goes red. That perk is so busted it is insane.
I hate to smack ya with the news, but Sixth Sense is being removed from the game because it was confusing and not a very good perk at $10,000

People may get upset with my list because their favorite isn't high enough and will complain about phantom. Well I play her and you can sweep a team if you can aim for their heads. But in all due respect all rouges are good if you know their pros and cons. And they are only as good as the person using them.

I don't think Dahlia needs her ability cooldown nerfed. She can only revive the person she's linked with and a lot of those times, they end up dying anyway
you should put clips when you frag and show characters ability not clips of you being downed and owned every 5 seconds btw interesting commentary👍
With Dahlia, Gl1tch and Trench? Everyone get's downed sometimes, ya feel me? I probably could've found better clips of getting downs and stuff, but I was focused more on getting the abilities showcased.
Next time could you make a visual tier list to see where everyone stacks up against each other at the end?

In my opinion ronin is s tier only because if your a good ronin you will use the strategy where you shoot the dart (I’m a ronin main in master and I still get kills with this strat most of the time, it has no counters and is op)

Vy should be an A tier rogue. I dont think you've put much time in playing her if shes that low on the list. She has the ability to rotate the entire zone. If anvil puts down his shield anywhere and hides, Vy will move him with poison. On top of having 2 gas grenades, an incendiary grenade, a cap of 125 HP, and 2 poison charges, you really can't camp an area if shes in the game. Side note: test her throw range with the poision... it's pretty awesome!
You can definitely camp, no one knows how to play her
vy is not that good... everyone can move anvile away from his shield and if you put poison down they can easily push you because it doesn't do much dmg and you don't expect it... maybe she is good in comb with someone like trench or similar to block rotations or to avoid a push but nothing more. I think that she should be buffed dealing 30 dmg insead of 25 to create a sinergy with phantom for example and the dmg should be almost instant so that people can't easily push you.
@@andreapisano4913 the whole point of putting the poison down is so they move. If you rush me after I throw poison... that's exactly what I want lol. The whole point of Vy is to chip away at enemy health while building your own and isolating players. She is Very good at this. Maybe you haven't played against any good Vys
I play Anvil Dallas and Vy right now, hype only thing I have to say is I think Dallas should be a B tier, but these rankings are pretty accurate

@@anthworn her smg is the strongest in the gams. Her lack of DPS perk, and her being a support, she has the strongest SMg in the game. It needs a nerf, a support shouldn't shit on anyone in a short range 1v1
The strongest smg is definitely the mp7 I'm never killed by her smg if anything I get killed more often by ronin or scorch
@@blackiechan6078 rheres not a lot of dahlia players. Statistically, her gun beats all of the other SMG
I personally feel chaac is the best duelist, you touched on the revive aspect of his ability but I think the stim pack is were he excels. Strikeout I play aggressive to the obj with stim and flashes to get first blood and secure obj works nearly everytime. And in demo I use it to work the flanks and win 1 on 1s and get my team ahead in count. The revive borderline useless in close combat
Chaac was actually underperforming, and they are buffing him soon!

He was my first main! I love Dallas, but I just don't think he's as good as some of the other Rogues

Chaac is a A or B for me. Combine the 2 10k perks every down he heals and reloads, making him able to clutch other opponents. Also has a very good ability and passive is meh but can come in clutch. For aggressive play he’s the best in the game for me, as u can overheat before rushing and heal when u down making clutching easy if u have the skill. Guns are also very good.

I’m fine with talon being on A cuz I dont want him nerfed 😂. Literally no RUclipsr talks about how good his C4 is with the dart. Someone’s hiding around the corner? Bam dart scan and C4. Downed an enemy? Place a C4 hide behind cover wait for the push and revive, bam wipe. I literally wipe teams with the C4 plus the quick hand perk increases speed for reloading and using C4 quickly. I don’t even use the DMR and am always top 3 or carrying the whole team. I will now though. I haven’t even explained his other perks and passive allowing for longevity and late game domination.
I’ve only been playing the game for a month or so now but I’ve been bashing it out imo this would be what I would rank the rogues
S teir: Phantom, Ronin, Scorch, Dahliah
A teir: Saint, Fixer, Dima, Lancer, Talon, Anvil
B teir: Dallas, Chaac, Gl1tch
C teir: Vy, Trench
My main characters have been dima, ronin and phantom
I’ve played all the free ones but not many of the ones you need to buy so that might be very wrong
I think phantom is s tier being able to 1 shot is powerful plus if you body shot and switch to pistol you can kill people fast if you have her fast hands perk
Dont get me wrong but i really thinl chaac should be a little higher on the list since he is one of the if not the best pressure maker in a team since he can self heal and and killing will also regen amunition and health if you bought both perks, his nades are good and his weapons also. I agree that the healing is a bit long but if you know what you are doing you can manage to pressure entire teams while your team goes for the objective or for the kills
I have played this game almost 40hours now.
Here’s my tier list for the console:
S- tier : ronin, Dima, scorch.
Limbo tier (somewhere in S and A) : chaac, anvil,vy
A- tier : dhalia, saint, phantom
B- tier : Dallas , talon
C-tier : glitch, trench
So im level 20 on this game and am still grinding to get my first rogue what would u recommend i get?

Yeah, I don't understand why they feel that way. He is receiving a nerf soon, and will definitely move into B tier because he will now be slowed by Trench's barbed wire.
I think it’s that big of a nerf tho
only thing i really disagree with is the best Dahlia pairs. sometimes it really depends on who’s on the other team. dahlia/ronin are a great pair when there’s a talon on the other squad for example.

They are! Lancer is one of the most fun
People that say somethings is OP or it needs to be nerfed are people that ruin the game in my opinion. Developers are making the game the way the imaged it, and if you don’t like the way game works you shouldn’t play in the first place. Nothing needs to be nerfed or buffed. You just have to deal with it, because nothing can we so weak, just learn that some things are stronger than the others. I play the game all the time and nothing feels like it’s dealing too much damage. Then again this is my opinion and I used to think just like all of you. Until I stopped playing childish, unrealistic mainstream video games. I moved to tactical shooters and that’s the beauty of it. Something being so good that all of you call it “OP”. This wasn’t a hateful comment by any means, don’t get it twisted. Much love!
Bro no op exists and not nerfing something op makes the experience for someone else who isn't playing op worst. Otherwise good game could die just because nothing is changed. How fun would a game be with so many choices but everyone plays the same thing.
@@critcalslap2752 Yeah but it literally doesn't have to be nerfed, just play smarter and try to outsmart the player using whatever you think should be nerfed. Adding more things, more content and game optimization is literally what makes the game perfect. Changing damage would literally ruin it. If they change that like, bombs can't insta-down you I'm probably quitting the game, that would be useless, in my opinion. Also I see your point and I'm glad you decided to reply. You didn't mention Anvil's powerful remote C-4 explosive, it's really great. I've downed 3 enemis at once many times with it.
I think C4 is going to get nerfed soon. Was mentioned in a poll on Twitter by the lead developer

I really think you did Glitch wrong in this vid. He's more than just a counter against Anvil. I've disabled so many barbwire traps, ballistic knives, trip mines, and radar darts that have saved my teammates countless lives. Combine that with a good SMG and flash nades, I get us to the point in Strikeout often. Although his hack doesn't disorient enemies for long, it really helps your duelists win the close quarter fights if the enemy temporarily can't use their abilities.

Vy cant be pushed and/or rotated on. Scorch rarely if ever loses a straight up gunfight. Meanwhile trench barely even has an ability due to the amount of counters in the game. Depending on the match, Dima could just go insane or be completely countered due to trophy systems. The way the game is now Phantom has her own tier

@@souler9169 it's easy to shut down direct routes to objectives with the barbs and tear gas makes it basically impossible to get beamed if you're not standing in the middle of a field. Active systems (or whatever they're called) are tricky to use in situations you're not prepped for though. Plus his AR is a complete and utter joke! It doesn't miss if you're not swinging like a nut case and hits in the head for 36! It's loosely debatable but for me, personally, trench is the best defender in the game
