@@bolstercouch6080 he was just making a joke. NPC is probably the last thing on their plate. We need some sort of endgame, especially for SP. Amassing a base with tons of loot gets stale after doing it over and over.

Be careful with this game, I have seen people say it is a bitcoinminer or RAT. All post about these topics are deleted on the steam forums by the developer. I don't know if these are exactly true but be careful everyone.

Thanks to m for the video, I was looking at this game a couple of days ago.
Definitely need to wait for it to get a bit better before I play, the NPCs attacking the player during the horde attack is enough to make me rage quit 😅
This game hides Spyware in its "anticheat" even if you delete the game it won't get removed, you have to remove it specifically. (I don't know what it is)

I'm curious as hell about this one. Were there any bugs or mechanics that makes you say not yet or is it just a general lack of polish?
Mostly just the fact that there were multiple raids that just said "failed" and booted me automatically back to my last save point. There was no indication as to what happened or what my objective was. They need to clean up the UI a little bit and add some QoL features like shift+click to transfer items to storage. A city map would be nice to help navigate. The other survivors pushing me around during battles was really annoying. But overall I think the framework is there for a solid game.

The UI looks like a flash game (and has window error sounds for some things), and could use some polish. The demo for it is available right now if you want to try. The writing is pretty generic, and there's an unnecessary 'girlfriend' you can get which comes with sexual encounters even in the demo which confused me and was kind of cringe, a lot of the audio noises are very poorly balanced (Helicopters fly over head and it peaks and is loud as hell, some areas repeat the same audio loop as soon as it's out of range and back in range), and NPCs that are suppose to be your allies turn against you -really- easily. Having said all that, the -gameplay- of it looks like it has potential. Definitely worth a try, the demo is pretty big.
Sexual encounters in a game like this sounds cringe as hell. I'll give the demo a try this weekend and see if it's worth waiting for.
@@drhenceforth could just be dialog, like cat calling but you get the option of killing them or having them die to zombies as "bait" or later seeing them get beat by the cops or something or maybe if you get a girlfriend you can make a kid army

Its an early demo, so I'm forgiving at this stage... It gripped me, but after multiple crashes I put the demo down for the time being. Hoping for a really fun game once its had some more work :)
You should make a series on Project Zomboid.
Games like this should allow the player to force NPCs to wherever they want them. I hate when I have a wall of guns set up and the NPCs are on the OTHER SIDE. I don't want to kill them

Definitely has potential to be a fun game to experience especially that I love apocalypse type and zombie games in general
It's like a mix of Stardew Valley, The Sims, Fortnite, and resident evil.
After watching this video, I change my diet to cockroach instead of drinking daily protein powders.

Just watch out which cockroaches you eat, I didn't realise they could spit or hiss before I started
if you are gonna do these indie games you should try out 1million zombie as a 1 shot or two shot.

Well considering the 7 days devs are going from buggy messy ALPHA to full 1.0 launch should tell everyone how incompetent, stupid and greedy they are
Not to mention g he disgusting console debacle, making them poor spoils buy it again as the devs were greedy and sold the rights now the consequences only fall on the player for the devs awful decisions
I hope it fails at this point due to their seed hubris and ignorance, they deserve nothing less than bankruptcy

I really like it but it is extremely difficult to play for me. I had a hard time with the combat most of all, the hitboxes and aiming are impossible for me. I'm just not used to the Zomboid style movement and combat. It sucks because I love the premise so far. It's also hard to run with a few performance issues after it runs too long. My GTX1650 had a tough time.

@@noonyabeezniss4911 There's plenty of articles, popular RUclips channels and forums which clearly show why PC is far superior to console for games. It's the equivalent of either choosing to drive 40 miles on a moped scooter or choosing to drive a 4x4 truck 40 miles.

its funny that the title said 7 days and the video was upload 7 days ago, and the game look much more simple and fun then project zomboid( i not saying i dont like it its that i perfer bit more simple games but i do sometimes play bit complex games )

Uh, I don’t like when the developers think that “Fatty” is a good name for a survivor. At least just a nice “Ferris”, “Silas”, or “Milo” would be better. That’s my only criticism about the game, nothing else on that matter.

ya controls are a bit wonky, but i will get used to them. it just looks cool. i hope there is more of a point to the game other than just suriviving as long as you can. zomboid just gets boring to me.

The game feels like scripted to heck. At least in Project Zomboid you're free to do whatever you want
Game is looks great in the beginning, but then it becomes a tower defense trap building base like any other games. But playing in a zomboid 3rd person mode is a nice change.

Good concept game but the beta is fucking butt cheeks. Will wait to see if they do anything with the actual game but the controls and combat suck. I do like you can just start shit with random people by shoving them though lol. The airport gate announcements of loading and unloading in the female dorms is pretty funny too for some reason.
they need to work more on zombies design. i hope it get better.
