Much appreciated for your video. I'm Cartagenero and I absolutely agree with what you mention about the feelings between Cartagena and Bogotá, they feel like different countries. We're Afro Caribbean and we are closer to the black antillean culture, instead Bogotá and the central areas of the country have a background around the Andean culture. Absolutely different backgrounds.
Where can I find more research about this? I'm completely uneducated and would like to visit but with an understanding of some of the cultural background.

Hi Israel. I might give Cartagena a second chance when I return to Colombia. The two things that I didn't like when I was there in 2017 were, and you mention this, is that when compared with other Colombian cities Cartagena is expensive. Everything costs more than in the rest of the country. And, related to this, it's very touristy. It feels like everything in the city is related to the tourism industry. But I can't deny that Cartagena is very beautiful. And it does have wonderful food.

But I definitely want to spend as much time as I can and the walled City so I enjoyed your preview I hope it's safe to walk around with a good camera because I do carry one but I'm looking forward to seeing Columbia and even South America for the first time
