I'm forever proud for the energy this band still brings to this song. I love the anger, irony and rage it brings especially to Hayley. It's one of their best songs. Taylor slays in the guitar intro & the megaphone is such a creative idea.

bueno, al final supongo que la música es subjetiva, en mi caso yo era muy fan de paramore hasta brand new eyes, y también vi muchas presentaciones de esta canción, sin embargo considero esta como la peor, no soy muy partidario de cambiar "la esencia" de una canción, cuya esencia justamente es la que hizo que nos gustara esa canción, soy guitarrista desde los 10 años y los conocí a los 14 y quizás muchos otros guitarristas piensan igual, en ese sentido no me agrada mucho como Hayley parece ya no importarle tanto el interpretar sus propias canciones antiguas de la manera correcta, hace muchos cambios de melodía que no suenan bien, siento esos sonidos raros que hace con su voz a veces, lo mismo para that's what you get, me disculparan pero es que ahora la interpretan de manera horrible :c, y no quiero pensar como sera con misery busniess porque no he buscado. El solo de Taylor con ese efecto en si mismo no esta mal, a excepción de la ultima parte del solo donde sonaba desafinado , pero en relación con toda la canción no encaja, primero porque toda la canción tiene ritmos rapidos en los coros y en los versos se nota el rasgueo muteado rápido de las guitarras, y segundo porque esa especie de bridge previo que te prepara para el solo, esta diseñado justamente para que explote en ese solo con un ritmo de rasgueo rapido como los del coro, justo después de que la batería insinua eso en el 4:06 - 4:07 Por otro lado las guitarras si suenan geniales, la calidad del sonido de los instrumentos en general esta muy bien. En fin, disculpa por mi testamento xD
La Explorer suena con madre! La SG es perfecta aquí, Porque es un cuerpo más delgado y el sonido acompaña a la perfección el overdrive de la explorer! (Nunca había visto a Taylor en vivo usar una SG)

That's a ton of talent on stage in this video.

I'm not saying old Paramore were bad, cause they were great, but the sound change was absolutely needed and their more mature sound is just as good and better in some cases.

Scott Weiland used to use them a lot. Tool uses them too I believe. Definitely a cool sound.

Muse use to do that. But the effect is easily replicated with effects like distortion and EQ so artists would just use that.
