You have a lot of talent my friend. I am amased how your ideas comes to life. It's really pleasure wachiing your YT channel. Only regret is that you do not provide any plans. Your sanding station would be the must in my small shop. Best regards and keep on great work. 😉
Like the self centering + slot idea. Simple and convenient. Try acrylic cement. It cures quickly, strong and usually doenst show the joints as the glue does.
The first hack you did is great. To prevent the movement of stopper, thats one of my problem in trimmer, while doing a grove im not aware the stopper cage moved, reulted to bring the rrouter bit longer and damaged my piece.
Abraços do Brasil.
Okay SUPER COOL!!! And I learned another cool trick in there when he used it as a plunge router at one point by pushing down and locking the collar afterwards. (I never thought of that.🤦♂) And then to see that drawer organizer with all that cool hardware in it! Where does he find all this stuff?
2:30 If you want those two holes exactly the same distance from the center, don't move the stop block and the spacer to the other side, just flip the workpiece. Minimize margin for error ☺️
The great thing with these trim routers is that you can buy spare body clamp bases so each jig has its own and it's easy to just move the motor from one to another. I've bought these and the cycle clamps from Temu. 👍
Love #1. Gave my Bosh palm router away years ago because the base would not hold the router depth correctly. Then again, can't complain about my Makita palm router.
I’m new to RUclips can you tell me please how I get the drawing to make this jig I’m a new hobbyist & want to try routering in the summer Ho great video Thanks
Questioning "Hack #1": Why add a bumper for that one round over bit if you have to move the bumper for any other bit or remove the bumper anytime you place the router in it's plunge base? Is your router base too loose?
This is to adjust the height of the bit with the bumper in advance. Even if the height of the bit is changed during work, it can quickly and reliably return to the final height.
Tolles Zubehör für die Makita. Der Stopp wird demnächst gebaut.
Danke Rudi

You are genius. Thank you 🙏 for this amazing video. God bless you.
These are the sort of jigs and hints that you make and learn ... then go find things to make in order to use them ... excellent selection 👍
The discovery of the band saw rotating guide is wonderful!
Moderation, safety, and high efficiency can be expected.
Thank you so much for this video, this is an excellent video on How To Do, much appreciated. :)

I usually can't stand videos with no narration, however you did an amazing job "narrating" visually 😁. Nicely done!
Thank you very much for these interesting hacks...

Brilliant idea 💕
Excellent video and craftsmanship. Some real nice approaches.
Great work 👍
Really great ideas. One thing is missing: Fine adjustment at the ring in the beginning. 👍😉
Very useful and very inventive.
Good and Cool !
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
bravo comme d'habitude astucieux et propre

Brilliant! I see a couple of uses for the acrylic base on stuff I do. Thanks heaps mate.

very nice ! congrats !
Excellent 💪💪👍👍
Great hacks! Thank you.
Is the 6t acrylic sheet the same as 6mm or 1/4 inch thickness?
6mm Thanks.
Well done, craftsman. What type of Makita router are you using in this video? Also, how thick is the acrylic in your build?
It is a rechargeable normal Makita router. The thickness of the acrylic is 6mm. Thanks
Genius!!

And they delivered this in a plastic bag?
@@RiccoDelestaque Bubble wrapped and boxed and then in a plastic bag.
@@gedreillyhomestead6926 It seems that they deliver like that?

What bike seat clamp did you use? Name/source?
This is a normal QR clamp. It is made in China and I purchased it from Ali Express. Search for QR clamp for bicycle.
Where did you get the acrylic?
Acrylic is easy to find here in Korea. There are many places that sell it.
Das ist richtig geil 👍👍👍
Can you list material used. Thickness and size
There is no list. The thickness of the acrylic is 6mm.

TOP!
Wahouuuuu❤🤩🤩🤩
I love the video, where did you get the cam clamps from (red clamps, and black clamps)?
It is a QR clamp for bicycles. It's easy to find at a bike parts store. thank you
Love #1. Gave my Bosh palm router away years ago because the base would not hold the router depth correctly. Then again, can't complain about my Makita palm router.
Sensacional 👏 👏 👏

I’m new to RUclips can you tell me please how I get the drawing to make this jig I’m a new hobbyist & want to try routering in the summer
Ho great video
Thanks
I do not provide drawings. It has all the information you need for the video. You have to watch the video and follow along. Thank you.

Genius
This would have been good if there was some sort of narration.
👍👍👍👍👍
👍👍👍👍👍
You can do a list of Works for each one in times.
We thank you.
Right everyone has all these tools
10:50 what is this part? What is originally meant for?
I don't know its English name. It is hardware for furniture doors.
Questioning "Hack #1":
Why add a bumper for that one round over bit if you have to move the bumper for any other bit or remove the bumper anytime you place the router in it's plunge base?
Is your router base too loose?
This is to adjust the height of the bit with the bumper in advance. Even if the height of the bit is changed during work, it can quickly and reliably return to the final height.
