Donny.... Been running a 7310 for about 2 years now, and I am extremely happy with it! It was definitely detuned from the factory as you had mentioned. I ran about 3 or 4 tanks through it a bit rich but now have it dialed in, and I think it really is an outstanding value at that class. I'll be giving my thanks for you and all you do for us in the community here today. ❤👍💪
One could only imagine what kinda power Echo would bring to the table if they had zero concern with offering the longest warranty of the major manufacturers! You just know somewhere back at the Echo engineering facilities there is a broom closet stuffed full of complete Monsters they have built that were shot down by the warranty dept!🤣
Got mine from you guy. Always great service and friendly to deal with. Been using it to mill and it's been great. Also have a ported 620pw from you and that thing screams
@@mslezak100 I'm east coast so the 620p is a really nice felling and bucking saw for my size trees. But for milling the extra power and 7310 filter is really nice. Plus they made the muffler pipe blow away from here when milling. They really are super great to work with and will get you setup with what you need
No offense taken on thanksgiving Donny. I am lucky to know what day of the week it is most of the time!! Lol. Happy thanksgiving to you. Keep up the good work.
A couple things - hump day refers to the hump on a camel in the middle, as many people work Monday to Friday, and have the weekend off, Wednesday is right in the middle of the week, so going over the hump, towards the weekend. And, sharp axes are dangerous. I totally cut my thumb tromping through the snow, (drinking beer too, which I'm sure contributed), and brushing my right hand against the sharp axe head. Felt so weird, as the axe is heavy, and doesn't move, and just makes a super clean straight cut. Lots of blood, but I lived ... heh heh ... I don't sharpen my axes that sharp anymore ...
Holiday difference is probably due to different lengths of growing seasons. On average further south would have a longer season and later harvest. Further north, shorter season and earlier harvest.
would just a muffler mod and carb tune make this a decent saw for the ranch and processing firewood? Could it compare to a 572 xp with just a simple mod and tune? Could you do a video of modifying the muffler and tuning the carb?
Most videos I've seen on the 7310 say it over weight and under powered, so what's the additional cost to have the 7310 fixed where it'll run like it should?
They are great saws, no doubt about it!
You’re really getting your new shop dialled in 😉👍
Take care!
Wednesday is the middle of the week. So you're "over the hump." You can coast through the rest of the week now.

Happy Thanksgiving! We have a family “skeet shoot” before we have Thanksgiving dinner. Beer, bourbon then boom boom boom.
That’s fun I love doing that 🪵👍

Hell yeah donny !
Thanks for the video.
Hey Donny whatever happened to the hyway cylinders you used on the customer's saws?
Nice cylinders there hahaha. Be neat if those had higher compression

Donny any videos on how to port a 592xp muffler?
How are you getting the jet limiter caps off? Special tool or yanking them off?

hey buddy i just noticed your porting table is at your place now, is this where your doing all the porting now or was this just a second table?
Wonder if someone would make a pop-up piston for the 7310, if that would help the compression/squish without needing to have a lathe?
Also Donny, do you think a base gasket delete would help or hurt my 7310, until I can send it to be ported at least?
Happy Thanksgiving
I wrote lil red barn....I think they're planning on it. Maybe write them. They reply quickly
So you do nothing to the transfers?
Hi Don ,, cheers
