I made the Matar Paneer twice now. It was a lot of time and work, and I would never have been able to do it properly without the video. Indescribably delicious. The most time-consuming part is cooking down the onion-tomato paste into a "roux" which took me about 45 minutes.

Thank you for the recipes- these are amazing. I cooked Matar Paneer recipe and it turned out perfectly. However when I tried to cook more quantity (approximately 8 servings) it didn't turn out well and I could taste the sourness of tomatoes. What proportion of tomatoes and onions should I use to adapt the recipe to 8 servings? Does any one have an idea?
