Hi Anoma since I saw in instragram yday your post with Starbucks in Singapore I thought you will not have a video on Friday night dinner..thanks for this much looked forward video. I made the Fish pudding and it was very yummy. I didn't add potatoes as it has lots of carbs so I couldn't cut it into squares and serve. Any substitute for potatoes Anoma for the fish pudding? ❤❤❤❤

1. Please keep your videos the way they are we really enjoy every moment don't shorten it. It's very very educational and enjoyable.
2. Just a thought: I would appreciate it if you could share a snapshot of the ingredients as this is very helpful to assemble the ingredients beforehand.
Another thing is I write down the menu as it's helpful. And I shared your recipes with others and I write it down in Sinhala so it's helpful to have the ingredients.
3 . Menus are very helpful. I have started menu planning for the last year or so this is very easy and less hassle, and less expenditure.
If you could share menus for day to day cooking and different combinations of vegetables and different ways of making the same vegetable.
Menus for breakfast , lunch and dinner will be very helpful.
For coping with different illnesses, like diabetes etc as well.
Menus for entertaining, the number of guests etc.
When I use your recipes when entertaining I always give you the credit .
4 food on the go
5 what to do with food that remains
6 how to make use of the vegetable and fruit when the harvest is great and when we have it in abundance.
7. Make us understand the art of baking , and use the oven more
8. Different ways of sharing food with others maybe people who are ill or invalids or just not feeling like cooking.
9. I will be 63 in August and have taken a great liking cooking after watching your videos and learning soooooo much from you !!! 😅
I started in 2020 during COVID and since then no looking back. I wish I had your videos when living in Australia for nearly 10 years
10. Please don't change 🙏. You are who you are because of the way you share your videos and the manner that it's presented. You are blessed to have a husband who supports you every step of the way and your children and siblings. You have been nurted ina lovely home with the correct values and you are carrying these through .
