Monochrome is another beautiful track from latest album, it was the 2nd single released in November 2022 and there's an official lyrics video really cool if you wanna enjoy the studio album version, later in 2023 right before this concert you just saw they released the Piano Version at The First Take surprising everyone with another stunning and beautiful one off stripped down version you already saw.. The lyrics got some Norse mythology reference and when the lyrics vid came out there were many theories around, later they said they were surprised about it and saying they just wanna give a hopeful song. Here's some official info: _"One of the discovered 10 parallel worlds is MONOCHROME and this 2nd pre-release digital single “Monochrome” centers around this theme. From the eyes of the children, what color were the monochrome fireworks lighting up in the night sky? This song expresses the hopeful wish on Ragnarok, which signifies doomsday in Norse mythology, twinkling across the starry skies in rainbow colors."_ This was live at BabyMetal Begins - PIA Arena MM Clear Night, Yokohama on April 2, MomoMetal first concert as an official member (she's the new official member after YuiMetal left the group in 2018), you can notice SuMetal speaking to them in the middle section and giving that recognition. They got this magical moment when performing live in every setlist they did throughout the recent World Tour 2023, and we'll definitely gonna see more this year. The composer behind this song is the same one behind Karate, Rondo Of Nightmare, Kagerou, the arrangement of Megitsune and also behind Believing from this same latest album, you should really not miss those songs. There is something special about BabyMetal and something extra special about Su . I wonder if she comes up with these moments herself and just says i think i will do this and there just like ok Su . There are times when they interact with fans, i think, is spontaneous, showing just a really warm loving side to their characters . Moa is a quintessential idol… an actress who knows how to show the best of herself and the beauty of her facial expressions. These two girls are about the same heights, but their approaches of how to go about showing the best of themselves are different. They look like twins, but their personalities are different. That’s nice, I thought! About Su-metal, well, what else can I say, she is crazy lol Interviewer: Crazy? lol Mikiko: As soon as music is on, she would start dancing at 120% capacity with 120% focus. She’s got this innate intuition. I’ve never seen such a person. She doesn’t dance like ordinary Japanese dancers, and I’m saying it in a good sense. @autohmae i was remembering this interview it was one of the things in my mind . Thanks for putting it up and reminding me exactly what was said . Since early, Moa was always aware of the camera and would do something as simple as stick her tongue out or just flutter her eye lashes , and the camera would stay on her to see what she would do next like in Pa Pa Ya when she stuck her tongue out 😁. Love watching Su she seems so at ease in what she does . Like at the end of Timewave and their is no singing just courography and Su is just dancing with a content smile on her face, not a big huge smile, just a smile ( if you know what I mean 😊) 😁🤘🏼🦊
As Su-metal said: "no thinking, just feel it." She seems to do everything on intuition. Obviously they train really hard and everything becomes automatic, but after that when they perform, she can do it on feeling. Su-metal just flows... like an sports athlete is in their flow (state). Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This is a compilation of last year's two shows in January and April. I witnessed both at the venue with tears of joy. It includes performance when Momoko was inducted into BABYMETAL officially. I sang the ♪ oh oh ohoo ♪ part with Momometal with my loudest voice in the show holding my phone. What a bliss! The flying drones with cameras that enabled the beautiful aerial cinematograph were manipulated by experts including Ms. Shiraishi. She is a member of team Japan for World Drone Racing Championship. Western (American) Kami Band played in the girls' back. They did in BM's North American tour with DETHKLOK and EU/UK tour last year. (And this year's Legend-MM concerts to celebrate Momoko's birthday) Japanese fans always appreciate the devoted support like knights by Chris, CJ, Anthony and Clint (Ryan replaced in USA). They are really unsung heroes.
It's kind of amazing how two versions of the same song can have such different energy. I have to say that the live version is my favourite, but I'm biased because I was there and got to experience it live.
Sir you do such a fine job with your Babymetal reactions. This for me is just perfection, this performance. Everything about it and the backstory I'm sure you'll hear about of it being Momo's first concert as an official member of Babymetal. The look of joy on Su's face as she see's her people. Hi from Ireland, love this song but then again very hard to say there us any favourite and I have all the blue ray. But same show pia arena, watch road of resistance at pia, and megitsune at pia, to complete a trio of epic crowd participation, blue ray was an epic buy for me. Enjoyed reaction so I subscribed.
Great reaction, thank you! So you have seen Monochrome (two versions), BxMxC live, and Death live. May I suggest "Babymetal - Oh Majanai! Live", it is one of Su-Metal's favorite songs, and you might like Scandanavian Folk Metal w/Joakim Broden (Sabaton) and just never knew.
Reactors always take notice of the size of a Babymetal crowd (and they should), but its these drone shots that boggles the mind.... the lights were up to the rafters! in the Babymetal concert i was at last year, the crowd was a bit smaller, but we did our best with the lights😅😅😅 😁😁😁🤘🦊🤘

No, ist is a BluRay, they are quite expensive but thiis Container the images and a completly remastered live Soundtrack. But this should be the PIA Arena. This can Container more up to 20.000 but not more They dont even use their crawler.
Which version do I prefer? I don't know. However, I am tainted by the original lyric video. Su has indicated that she was surprised by the fans take on the song. However, I can't escape the monochrome firework dropping from the sky over a beautiful cityscape and the next shot is a devastated city laid waste by some monumental explosion. That hits me. So, if I am going to listen to the original audio, the lyric video is my go to. Between the First Take and the live video ... I am marginally, marginally, sitting with the first take. However, if we were at a party and you put any version of Monochrome on, you would suddenly become be my best friend and the track would instantly be my favourite.
