Still mad I missed you here in my backyard. I started watching your channel to learn what to NOT do when I buy my first boat. I finally bought it August of this year. We Love the channel.
Hey Alford, thanks for coming to see Clarkslanding at the Annapolis show. Sorry I didn’t get to talk to you at the show, was busy with customers. Please come and see me at the Beneteau booth in Fort Lauderdale.
Thanks so much Alfred! I just recently learned about diesels from you Brother. BTW I really liked your mission work in Florida. My wife and I were scheduled for Marathon Key last Monday. Keep up the good work Man. BTW I'm in Tennessee. Thanks again!
You know you're old when you can remember Real Cummins diesels in boats... Dwight. Good Seamaritan Rescue, since 1958... Alfred's freezing his ass off LMAO... Welcome to My World....
You went to Cantler's? I'd have bought ya lunch! Next time you're up, Libby's on Kent Island; you can watch the sun set over the bay bridge while having a few adult beverages.
Boston Whaler, can't beat them, or sink them. I'm from the north east and these boats are everywhere. 420 0utrage my future purchase. Maybe with some new diesel outboards.
@@AlfredMontaner We bought it last week and they had it committed to go to the show... we take delivery of it this week. we've been waiting for this video hoping we were going to see it on the channel... Oh well maybe next time... but if you're ever coming up to OBX NC let us know and we'll take you out on it... Thanks Alfred
Alfred, who the hell is buying these 400K plus boats. I make a very good living (over 300K year) and live very modestly and I cant afford to spend that kind of money on a boat. You buy a boat for 450k put 150K down and you still have about a 3.5K a month payment for 10 years. Thats more than my current house payment. Some of these boats have shot up 40% and more in price over 2 years. A 150K boat is now over 200K. A 100K boat is a 150K. I am talking pre pandemic prices. These manufactures are going to find out that the prices inflated too quickly and people are just not going to pay that much money for a luxury item especially with fuel prices as volatile as they are. On top of that 3.5 K a month payment you have storage/mooring costs, insurance, yearly registration fees and maintenance costs every 100hrs (first 20Hrs for brand new motor). This easily adds another 1K a month to the payment. There must be a lot of business owners who buy these boats and write them off as business expense. My accountant says that's a good way to get audited. Just my 2 cents worth.
Only the best from KOH! Hail To THE KING
Excellent work man! Maximum Chit levels, quintessential Maryland; perfectly captured!
Anthony Bourdain couldn't have captured Cantler's any better!

Love that you go to these boat shows and are able to share your video with us 😊
Thanks for the free tickets and attendance. Couldn't have done it any other way.
