I waited in 2.2K worlds at the Wilderness Lever for a week

I waited at the lever in deep wild for anyone to use it in the 2000 and 2200 total level worlds. These worlds require that you have a skill total of at least 2K and 2.2K respectively to gain access to them. Since a lot of people don't often PK within the skill total worlds, players feel safe in them and sometimes bring risk with them.
