For straight lines, skp rocks.
When it comes to curve, skp fails.
The diverse range of curve, Nurbs, mesh and subd workflow of rhino is unbeatable by any other 3d software whether it is SketchUp or 3ds max.

skp is easier straight to the point even better than 3ds max
in exchange, it only has simple tool and u need to install a lot more plug-in to do much more complex thing. Those plug-in can slow down your computer as hard as turning a Triple A game on. Anyway, it's still a great software for beginner
@@1anhkhoi420 vise versa 3ds max.needs alot of plugin to complete Ur works, and it doesn't support 2D and completely complicated software, extra knowledge for u architectural term is not for low end PC's, the main thing is (a time and the result) skp the fastset and there's alot companys use skp, I said it and clear a result, i choice it because i have experience of whole 3D softwares plus I do graphic designs , anyway i respect your idea
Nothing compared to max when doing complex poly-modelling and materials, also best control over rendering. But I hate those idiots who do all modelling work in 3ds max even the standard building construction, I think we should use BIM software if possible for standard modelling.
@@rajendrameena150 You can't talk to ppl who like to burn through their computer using Sketchup, they dont wanna learn anything and they dont wanna do things faster in case they are told to actually design and not fiddle with mouse and keyboard.
@@namelsslol with the next sketchup 2024, they upgrate the software that now it runs alot alot faster. They upgrate the system language.
