- I am not very good at painting RC body shells....not very good at all.
Fortunately, Kuba over at SticklabelRC is really good at providing liveries to take our RC drift shells to the next level!

Thanks Billy!
Man I love kubas livery’s! Dude is impressive with his work!!
Yes he is!
Sick!!!!! Looks really good great tutorial definitely will be getting some for my S15
Glad this was helpful! It really does make a huge difference to the car!
@@RoadsideRC How much did it cost?
@rm4213 I don't remember honestly. I think the 2 sticker sets to do both cars was
@@RoadsideRC ok just wanted to get an idea of the price thanks for the info definitely getting one.
Looks so good, nice work! Biggest tip might be having James help cut everything out.
Ha! Yes - bring a kid to help share the load. :)
Thanks for the tips ,thanks for video as always a helpful tip
👍😎🔥😊👏👑🏆😇🤩
Very nice! Thumb up.
Thank you!
One thing we used to do in the automotive industry to get into those crevices is use Bondo putty squeegees. You can also sand/grind them down to get sharper points and thinner edges to press into the creases. Just a suggestion.
Full disclosure I don't know if that would work in this application for everything you needed to get into, but it might help.
Thanks for the tip!
This was really helpful thanks. Do you have any videos on masking for different colours/shapes with paint?
Glad it was helpful!
Painting is one skill I have NOT mastered yet! No videos on that.
hey Troy, huge fan of your channel. is Kuba "selective" about who he sells his decals 2? just asking bc i've sent him multiple private messages w/no response. i'm just wondering how 2 "get invited 2 the party". thx 4 your fantastic content (especially the drift stuff!)
Great question!
Honestly - I think he is just really busy. I posted on his Facebook group. Took a week or so before he messaged me. Then took awhile more to get the order figured out...and even longer for the product to be shipped.
My guess is he is really busy and struggles to keep up with the demand.
Hey bud, I’m trying to get in contact with this guy for the stickers but no response through the FB account.
It was not a fast process. He appears overloaded most of the time.
I was able to get him to finally pm me on Facebook after posting in his group.
Do they do any custom requests? I want a completely original design
Good question! Will have to ask him.
Looks cool but I don't use Facebook. Will he ever have a website?
I believe he has a website - but the ordering is through Facebook messenger.
That's looks really cool. What body is that? I like it.
I bought it used, so am not actually sure who makes it.
Have a question...my 10bl120 has a bec of 6v-7.4v at 3a-5a... My receiver is the flysky fsgr3e which is rated for 6.5v max and my bec is set to 6.0v. I've been looking around and found a flysky gr3f receiver. from my understanding, the gr3f can handle a max 8.4v and certain places list it as a HV receiver for HV servos. on flyskys site they state 6.5v max. I want to take advantage of my HV servo and run a bec 7.4v so I can tune my servo more. do you know or can you confirm that the gr3f is rated for 8.4v?
Are you looking to do this for a drift car? I would not recommend running HV on a drift car. The gyro would not handle it.
@@RoadsideRC yes. Servo is a powerhd d15 and gyro is a powerhd g1. The gyro is rated up to 7.4v.. I guess running the bec at 7.4 is pushing the limits of that gyro. Appreciate you.
Show the Challenger you did in the background!! I wanna see that one!
Thanks! That was from a year or so ago, with some water slide stickers. Didn't turn out as well.
@@RoadsideRC 😁
Ive seen videos where people suggest using water with small amount of soap in it before hand to be able to manouver the decal around and squeeging water out. Have you tried that, or would that work with these decals?
Yes! It would 100% work with these decals. It is a fine way to do it, but I tend to avoid it unless really necessary.
Been getting my liveries from him for over a year now. Great stuff
Yes it is!
