19:54 A bit of an explanation for people who may not have picked up on it: In a flashback scene during the swordsmith village arc, Tamayo mentions using Nezuko's blood to help a man who was forcefully turned into a demon get his consciousness back, and she also notes that Nezuko has not regained consciousness. Basically, she was conserving energy by staying "unconscious" and then when the time was right using that energy to become immune to the sun. Once she didn't need to do that anymore, she was able to finally regain consciousness, and she no longer acts on instinct, but rather on actual thoughts. We don't get to see much of this because she takes sort of a back seat until right at the very end of the final battle when she becomes human again, but that's probably why Tanjiro was so comfortable leaving her in Urokodaki's care, because she can finally think for herself now. (That last part is a theory of mine, but everything else is pretty much true)
