by not putting the orrigen of your graph, you could get a wrong interpretation of a certain graph. for exemple with your example, it would seem like it will go through the orrigen, but even with no fertilizer the plant will have a certain growth.

That was misleading. The most important part which is drawing the graph accurately was skipped over and taken for granted because the computer did it.
