Malls are dying all over the country. Mixed use development sounds repetitive, but putting residences on top of retail would help there. Which means, no, I’m not a fan of the auditorium at the Lloyd Center site. But it’s not going to survive as a mall, either.

Keep Lloyd center try to actually save the mall
