Keep your focus on your foot board placement and the arrows. Don't worry about what's 60 feed away. Hit your marks, and that all takes care of itself in the end. You need to adjust your drop once the oil has been moved, ya gotta see/find where it went. Your doing really well.!
Good system and bowling form in play... Pay attention to ball reactions and pin actions and adjust your approach... for example... May consider shifting target (t) 1 board left- stand (s) 2 boards left from original to avoid ringing pin 10. Shift (t)3-(s)5 left avoid Brooklyn strikes as the oil gets striped from mid lane and lane transits to dry or wet/dry conditions. #lane_play

Anyways, it's interesting to see the very different throwing styles between you and Carly despite you 2 being about the same height. If I bowled again after all these years I'd be a lot closer to Carly in throwing motion, a lot more upright on release. If my left knee was at the bend yours is on release I'd probably pop a tendon. My lumbar discs would not be too happy either. Here's a piece of advice, when you get to around 24 or 25, stop aging physically.
