Thanks for this. A couple of suggestions/corrections: 1. Fmaj7 instead of F 2. And you can clearly see Paul playing and Em/G at the beginning for the video of 'Now and Then'. Plus, Paul and George must have tuned down a half tone to Eb, because in the video they have capos on the first fret.
E minor is the minor third of G major, creating a sound similar to a G6 chord. Typically, the Beatles' melodies didn't strictly follow the chordal scales they played. More often, they sang melodies using the 6th, 7th, or 9th degrees of the scale, producing a unique sound.
It is actually Am/G6 and then Fmaj7 -E in the verses. Try it , it sounds much more better ;)
Yes.. nice nuance...😊😊

I strongly agree with you. Further, in the refrain (not in the introduction) it's A min. sus4 and E7/E.

One, two, three
I know it's true
It's all because of you
And if I make it through
It's all because of you
And now and then
If we must start again
Well, we will know for sure
That I will love you
Now and then
I miss you
Oh, now and then
I want you to be there for me
Always to return to me
I know it's true
It's all because of you
And if you go away
I know you'll never stay
Now and then
I miss you
Oh, now and then
I want you to be there for me
I know it's true
It's all because of you
And if I make it through
It's all because of you

Most of those G chords played in the verses, this video, are actually G6 chords. The verses F chords are Fmaj7 chords.
Studio Harrison and macartney are using capo first fret .
I tried it, and it sounds off, very off
@@NatalózElPeor yeah it's not right Am G6 is right key
