Noah really did just become Megaman
and the sliding at 1:28 make it complete..
Ask anyone who watched G1 when they were a kid, and they will tell you that they would dream of being an Autobot and fighting alongside Optimus Prime. Noah gets to live that dream 😊

It’s kinda like the suits Daniel and his father had in the 1986 transformers movie . Except they weren’t in a actual transformer like how Noah is with mirage and instead it’s a suit that allows them to transform

Anyone notice Noah takes 2 steps towards Scourge before Optimus lands on the bridge? Then starts the charge. He really wasn't backing down. I didn't notice my first time watching the movie.
This was such a cool scene. Fighting alongside Optimus Prime himself. And the introduction of the Exo-suit from the '86 movie.
He is not alone! Man I loved that moment and awesome tune to go with it. And Chris is so cute. Hope he gets to go on his own adventure one day.
I would have preferred Optimus saying " Who said he was alone"
and plus dialogue from Optimus when charging "Let's get this menace out of the Planet"

Mirage is my favorite autobot he’s got the groove and Noah’s support love that clip so badass
It's my personal head canon that the suits used by members of the gi Joe from the movie a few years back were based on the mirage armor.

THIS is how you properly utilize a human in a show like transformers. Not like the bayverse. Make them useful. Of course because of their size they arent going to be no optimus prime in the fight, but will still be able to offer decent support if they make the right moves.

You clearly don’t like reality. This brought me out of the movie. The reason the BayFormers was so good is because he used REAL LIFE systems , armies , and experiences in his lives to keep it grounded and show a sense of scale. Sam in T1-3 helped in a realistic way and it was believable. This is badass but it makes no sense for a little human to be shooting peas at a decepticon. Or to stop 5 knights from killing Optimus.

I use to be a Bayverse enjoyer after when the Unicron Trilogy and Beast Wars were my first introductions to Transformers when I was both a kid and a pre-teen but as someone who was the better Transformers and Beast Wars fan at enjoying this movie than any of the BayFormers and Bumblebee movie elitists will ever be since both the BayFormers and Bumblebee movie fandoms drive me nuts? I couldn't agree more because watching and enjoying this movie even helped me move on from those movies even if I liked the Dinobots,Predacons,Insecticons and Maximals alot more than the Autobots and Decepticons :)
The only Bay-type movies I'll ever enjoy for now on are the TMNT,G.I. Joe, and Battleship movies and IDGAF if that's a low bar because I'm done being a BayFormers enthusiast and I'm also done listening to it's fandom either lmao.

I love that the reboot films are not afraid to embrace even the silly side of transformers like the exosuits. The bay movies wanted to make everything edgy and cool instead of the family fun that transformers should be

It's probably a select few. If I had to guess, Mirage might be related to that small line of transformers called "Shifters" that can transform into anything including other transformers.
