I find all this misleading. I have had a CCJ in my favour for a number of years, but it has never appeared on the Trust Online website. I was belatedly informed by Trust Online that only CCJ's which enforcement proceedings have been put in place for are actually registered. This is very misleading for an organisation that styles itself as "The only official Register to check for Judgments, Orders and Fines", with no mention of it being only being those where enforcement proceedings have already been implemented. This really needs to be clearly stated on the website. This means that someone could have dozens of claims against them and be a real debt risk, but if the creditors had felt the cost of enforcement outweighed the cost of the claim, said debtor would have a clean credit history. This is very misleading.

I am trying to get a disposal hearing heard, but the courts are ignoring me, and do not supply the reason. I put it to them that it is res judicata, but to no avail

Thank you so much for your information. Yeah it was N180 form but only my defendant received it from the court. Court did not send me any form but last week I received a copy from my defendant. Do they send N180 form by email or post?

Hi , I claimed for £5000 and last week I received a DQ form from my defendant and he mentioned for mediation service. Do you think they want to make a negotiation with me ? Or is there any chance for strike out?

Hi Borhan! If it's form N180, then it's sent to both parties and needs to be filled out for the court to make a decision and instructions.
