Let's hope these developers will set an example and provide enough waste bins so residents and shoppers can dispose of their waste rrsponsibly.Tired of the ole dutty behaviour. AND CONTRACTORS DON'T TURN THE BUILDING SITE INTO A RUBBISH TIP OR THROW YOUR WASTE (bottles, sardine/ mackerel tins, plastic forks etc) ON THE GROUND TO ASSIST THE RAT POPULATION. Also I sincerely hope the developers will actually deliver on the 24 hour security because a lot of these things are just hype to draw in investors when the reality on the ground is very different; infact hugely disappointing in a lot of cases!! Hope this will be a blueprint for the area 🙏🏿

These are private residences so if any of the owners decide to run their apartment as an Airbnb then that would be how to stay for a weekend
Mandeville needs immigration agencies so ppl dont have to go all the way to Kingston.
