Absolutely loved the conversation and how well it emphasises the pertinence of standing against the bland to inspire inclusion. Mme Mame further indulges on importance of branding, understanding that it's the people, the ideas and the profits. Love her empathetic leadership style that also captures the beauty of values, skills and energy! Ms Mphaka makes a great host and asks such intentional and purposeful questions. A brilliant episode!

What a beautiful conversation. I must say had to watch few times 😊. I believe that fear has caused many to sacrifice themselves all in the name of wanting to be included and choosing not to voice out their truth. In essence we lose our value because we do not want to be rebels 🤣 @Mamello. Very enlightening and valuable conversation thank Lerato and Mamello.

Just a thought - are those of us who don't play golf not at a disadvantage because we miss out on the discussions that take place whilst they are playing a game of golf and having the drinks thereafter?

Such a pertinent question! And I think that was the argument being made. There are things that will feel exclusive and the mission is for you to do the work to determine whether you are going to pursue that exclusivity or you are going to craft your own inclusive alternative experience.
      It’s a constant balance indeed💙
