+J Cole In fact, Alex Newell is a young man with a powerhouse voice. :) He performs in drag most of the times, but he identify himself as a man.
+J Cole As Joatã Soares said, Alex Newell is singing the vocals and he is the person singing in the video. He was on the Glee Project and then got a role on Glee, playing a boy named Wade who sometimes dressed in drag and went by the moniker "Unique". He sang some excellent covers on that show, if you dig his voice I'd recommend you give them a listen.
