Your words of wisdom to your employees is golden 🧐👍 to be even funnier you can say the wisdom I am sharing with you is out of the kindness of my heart !! I should be paid for this advice !! But I bestow it upon you for free !!!🆓
It was definitely a Hack that came out with a Straight Pipe to Rot the Customer’s Soffit. Thanks for Noticing and installing Elbow on the Straight Pipe to Gutter.👍🙏
that was hack work period end, it should never go into the gutter and especially not have the back notched down like that. soon as the downspout outlet clogs it will overflow right in there. the back is a usually little bit taller than the front or even(weight flexes it spilling over the front first) and the end caps often a bit shorter on the sides, also allowing overflow.
Bravo Mikey! Replacing what’s needed and not selling something that’s not needed and wouldn’t work! Not too many stand up guys like you left! Most would say the whole system is junk
Excellent catch on the condensation drip and the fix. I presume you showed the homeowner the video as well for a future repair. Appreciate the vid and the knowledge, ty.
Some of us were called to serve, and some of us were called to build. You’re right it is two different animals. To each their own. Personally, I like doing service based businesses over building/construction. I really want to break into a product based business someday…
Nice job & keep that filter dryer before that indoor coil when you can👍 . FYI, no single wall vent pipe should be used on furnaces installed in the attic or any unconditioned area.
I love your videos! Great content. I live in Las Vegas and have two Lennox units that are 21 years old. I am actively looking to replace them. I am sure a lot of your viewers would like to know if you recommend trying to hold on for one more year and get the new refrigerant? I am considering the Bosch 18 SEER unit, are you still a big champion of the Bosch equipment? Any concerns for an install in a desert climate? I really appreciate your response. Thanks.
Bosch will definitely be using Puron Advance (R-454B) in their systems going forward. But there is a lot more than Daikin/Amana/Goodman moving to the R32 than just those three, there are 40 OEM's using R32. They are allowing any manufacturer to use R32 even though Daikin owns the patent. Being a single component refrigerant, it is the best choice as you will be able to charge as a vapor or liquid. R454b is slightly lower GWP, but very close. However, R32 has higher system energy efficiency, higher system capacity, and up to 40% smaller refrigerant charge compared to 410a. Also, R454b has temperature glide. R32 does not as a single component. R-32 has been safely used in over 160 million units in the US and around the world by more than 40 OEMs. In more than 100 countries.R-32 has become the global de-facto to replace R-410A. Compatibility: R-454B is designed as a drop-in replacement for R-410A, allowing for a smoother transition and minimizing the need for equipment modifications or replacements.
I am currently in Florida and in need of a new air conditioning unit for a 1700 sq ft house. I have been considering a Bosch 20 SEER, 19SEER2 Heat Pump Inverter System 2.0 Series BOVA-36HDN1-M20G, BVA-36WN1-M20 (T) , but unfortunately, no one locally installs them here in Clermont. Could you provide a comprehensive overview of various air conditioning brands, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses? I have been advised to consider a Goodman 17-seer 2 stage unit, and I would greatly appreciate your insights on its performance compared to other options. Your expertise in this matter would be invaluable.
Bosch is using 454B like the rest.. Daikin is the loan star on R32 but……those using R454B over seas are switching to R32 again.🤷🏽♂️ maybe it’s the forever chemicals that are in it. But im sure they will make a new refrigerant that can be used in alllllllllll. Gotta love the Gov
Was wondering what happened with Tom. It sure sounded like a good combination of businesses to merge. Guess service wasn't his thing. I think service is an important part of the job. New work might not always be around , good to have service to fall back on.
@@JesseDoesHVAC If not, there is still the crapper they want flowing no matter what. Maybe that was the missed fit. New installs don't' deal with clogged toilets.
@@JesseDoesHVAC yeah that too but I’ve been seeing a lot more people just opt out fixing the unit and just getting window units to get them past the summer
I have to go back to my old Comments where I called Tom was not going to be a good fit. It was almost a bigger mistake than when Danny Decided a mustache was the way to go. Mike needs to Mentor him to help make them be cool, and learn that Chubby Young girls grow into huge Fat ladies at 30. Also tease him until they get rid of that phannyPack size Cell phone holder. I know, I will play in traffic, but I would tease him the same on the job site.

Which do you find better. dual units so you have partial climate when one goes down, or one bigger one and take your chances?

So these Bosch units don’t use a red wire so they use a pulse system on the other wires
I remember when I guy that looked like Daniel made videos. They were good.
i remember those days too!
Petter never look down when climbing a ladder. Never hurry either.

Specialising in new installation type work seems risky as well new work tends to dry up if the economy tanks
New install is just service with no customer to complain.
Wait until you all hear the rest
Where’s the more info about Tom getting canned?

How do most of you guys still making profit? Even with the downturn of economy and ever increasing life standards
deez nuts scammer
It definitely has slowed down but for hvac downturns usually goes service focused instead of installed focus and bunch of lays off
No matter how bad the economy gets, people will still lash out on the ac or heating to keep comfortable

Winner, Winner - Chicken Dinner. FYI, that Sunday job - approved Rheem Heat pump - not Bosch.

This is the 4th video where you’ve complained about your in-laws. How dare you.
Well, they say the 4th time's the charm, right? Maybe my in-laws are just that interesting!
