Somerset County Council Public Health is a finalist in the RSPH Health & Wellbeing Awards 2022. The Homelessness Reduction Board and Somerset Homeless & Rough Sleeper Nursing Service are a collaboration with a range of partners to address the health inequalities experienced by people who are homeless or vulnerably housed, supporting Somerset’s Better Futures programme.
