The level between Premier League and any level is so drastic. It is sometimes very hard to grasp how hard it is by just watching the games. When you are in the moment, the ball moves so much faster and requires much more endurance and focus. Great Video!

any reason you wear FG vapors when training on AG? always felt that the traction was slightly too aggressive on them for any artificial surface and switching to AG really helped take a load off my knees/ankles
Hey bro I am a little confused when he said the 3 different types of fitness training a week how we do that. Would we choose one drill for one week and another for the next or would we just do all drills in one week on different days.
Hi mate, he was basically saying to schedule your training as if you was preparing for a game. So your most taxing training (game replica) would be on the Saturday. So you might do the other 2 drills split on the Tuesday and Thursday to give you 24hours recovery between each session. You can supplement these with very light technical sessions inbetween and do things like walks, light runs or bike rides too.
