It says "Welcome to our temporary cabin. We are renovating the interior of our airplanes . Very soon you will see our permanent seating and enjoy three options Premium, Plus and Economy. Scan the QR code and learn more."
Flew on business class with them a couple of years back, they still charged me 60 dollars ton heck in a bag on a 45 min flight. Not even water offered. Decided to stick to LATAM instead.
Last July, I flew Copa Airlines from Miami to Quito, Latam from Quito to San Cristobal and Avianca from San Cristobal to Guayaquil. Copa back to Miami. From my experience, Latam was my favorite. It reminded me of old JetBlue. Copa reminded me of Continental Airlines ( now defunct, but flew them a lot back in the day), Avianca was equivalent to Spirit. Beverages, food/snacks are complimentary on Latam/Copa. Not so on Avianca. Also, seats were more comfortable on Latam/Copa. I have a bad back, so seat comfort is important.
Did Avianca from PR to Pereira, with a layover in Bogota. Not a frequent traveler, but was quite shocked that you even had to buy water, if you wanted it. Very no frills. Did also Latam from Pereira to Medellin; short flight.
That Latam flight was quite short so truth be told did not “have time” to actually notice anything. I guess nothing really “stood out” to me, good or bad!
What do you think about the online check in? I flew from Madrid to Bogota and when I checked in, I noticed that I did book a seat by mistake, which they cancelled at the counter. Flights are good, but check in experience was not that good to be honest
Avianca is the worst airline in Colombia. They oversell flights, affecting users' itineraries and making them incur extra expenses and even losing reservations for hotels, concerts, and business events. Customer service is the worst. Little respect for users. Zero empathy. They have a lot to improve in customer service.

OK so I will have to come back and do a review again in the future. Thank you so much for the translation.
My pleasure! Looking forward to the future review.

How was Latam? Yes, Avianca was pretty much “bare fare”.

You flew un Avianca A320 that is not an Avianca airplane haha. That airplane came from another airline so it doesnt have the Avianca interiors.
Do not use AVIANCA, any mistake and you loose all your money 💰💰.
Yes but everything costs money
