Im 34 and been going to DR since I was 26, Thailand to me is way way better and cheaper. Black guys and weekened warriors fucked up Sosua trying to treat it like Magic City. I like Thailand because the women treat you better, and if you pay to play the prices are like DR in 2015. If Sosua is a street then Pattaya is a city. I prefer Thailand now because of the buffer zone between these weekend warriors. These cats aint taking that 21 hour flight or spending 2 weeks there.

Dr is good in spurts, Thailand is better for longer trips especially because it’s cheaper, he is right Dominican women are very sassy and all about money and not trying to give you a good experience. To vacay, DR. To live, Pattaya. Cost of living, food, lifestyle, relationships. In general, the culture is more respectful. I've been doing DR since '99, and my father moved to Sosua.

He can live that dream right now. He’s over 50, has steady income from rentals that likely exceeds the required minimum for a retirement visa in Thailand of 65k baht or $1817 USD per month. Conversely, he or anyone who owns property, could sell their holdings and throw the cash in a dividend fund with a firm like Schwab, Fidelity or Vanguard and earn a quarterly income. As an example SCHD would spit out dividends of $7500 per quarter for $750k invested. That’s $2500 per month. If anyone over 50 has a paid off house worth $750k, they can retire in Thailand right now. Then just wait for the Social Security to kick in at age 62 which will most likely add another $1500-$2000 monthly. He could live pretty good for 10 years and then like a king at age 62.

In 2023, I traveled to Scotland, Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan meeting and dating several female ethnicities. BW do not have the many options of BM. During my second trip there, I ate Subway everyday. During my third trip there, I convinced myself to try local food and I must say I was surprised by how good it taste.
