My two cents; it’s not the PPB, it’s air travel and the internet. I lived in SEA since 1983, internet was nonexistent. The world was unknown to many besides books. With the internet the world is no longer a distant location. Nothing is new even to the most isolated locations. Today just about everyone can be anywhere in 24 hours. Many men flock to the red light districts of the world. The number of foreigners traveling to once remote locations is ruining the world. Some countries will eventually find a solution to the problems they are having.
A lot of this is just Internet stuff or issues that specific groups of guys and girls are having. Overall, if two dudes are having a fight, the rest of the city doesn’t know about it. I went into some gogo bars while I was there last month, and those girls hadn’t even seen any black guys! Provided the problem doesn’t go viral and starts getting into the national news cycle, Pattaya is too big and has too many women to be affected by a couple of Passport Bros here or there having some issues.
