The dummy looked awful and no one has a front door with a window someone could fit through.
I've certainly controlled some of my dreams in the past. It's not something I often can do, but I've suddenly had the realization that I was asleep and dreaming and was able to do stuff on command. Sometimes it's a struggle, but other times I was able to make nearly anything go my way. It's a pretty exhilarating experience. Mike, look up lucid dreaming. There are supposedly methods to help induce it. It takes time and practice, but I've experienced the phenomena before and believe it is a skill that can be honed.

You liked the remake more than New Nightmare? I understand Freddys Dead but The Remake is horrible. Atleast New Nightmare brought something new to the table. The remake had horrible flat acting, lines and scenes from the original that looked better than the original. The ONLY cool thing the remake brought was the "Micro-naps".
I saw NOES (2010) at home and high meds becasue I just had a root canal and the movie was more painful than my dental procedure. So that one would've been last on my list. And then NOES #6. I would be put NOES #3 in second place. Also, I've been a lucid dreamer since was a child. It's trippy at first but I've gotten used to it. And on a rare occasion I can wake up and go back to sleep and put myself in to the same dream. And another time, my mom and I shared a dream. Her dream started where mine left off.
I don't see why people hate on Freddy's dead SO MUCH...at the end of that film as a tribute to Freddy Krueger because he's "dead" they have this AWESOME montage of Freddy's most kick ass moments throughout the franchise, kind of like a sendoff, Freddy's dead is awesome JUST FOR THAT

Freddy vs Jason is my favorite horror film oddly enough but it has a lot of sentimental value I watched it prolly 200 times with my grandmother who passed away and she got me into horror movies so Freddy Vs Jason will always be really special to me but I respect others opinions because I personally think one of the scripts I read was 10x Better than what we got

I've always differentiated between "best" and "favorite". I recognize the original as the best made, but it's not the one I'd most likely watch at random. Only the lowest one on my list is what I'd consider terrible for this genre though. Just painful to sit through. Least to Most Favorite: Freddy's Dead (never did I want to tell Freddy to shut up until this one) NOES Remake (lighten up. literally, i can't see this cinematography!) The Dream Child (creative, but kinda dull, with like two characters) Freddy's Revenge (+2 for the gay, -2 for generic non-dream horror) Freddy vs Jason (the best Jason movie. fight me) New Nightmare (a dark meta fairy tale, before its time) Dream Warriors (who knew slasher films could care about its characters so much) NOES Original (i mean... obviously) The Dream Master Yes, TDM, because it was in that sweetspot between Goofy Clown Freddy and Vicious Monster Freddy but with waaay more creativity and fun than the others, while also sporting some interesting themes and character stuff (which is pretty lacking in most slasher flicks). Alice is still my favorite NOES heroine because of the journey she goes through. It's a shame the follow-up is so dry.

People’s list are pretty good. Mine would be, 1 dream warriors, 2 Freddy’s revenge, 3 new nightmare, 4 nightmare 84, 5 Freddy vs Jason, 6 dream master, 7 nightmare 2010, 8 Freddy’s dead, 9 dream child. To be fair my list of 1-7 I can rewatch for various reasons so I use rewatchability to make my ranking. Freddy’s dead I can rewatch before dream child.

What about Freddy vs. Jason? I'd say it's more of a Freddy movie in the grand scheme of things. Anyway, fun video! You guys should definitely do more of these with other horror franchises. Freddy vs Jason is my favorite horror film oddly enough but it has a lot of sentimental value I watched it prolly 200 times with my grandmother who passed away and she got me into horror movies so Freddy Vs Jason will always be really special to me but I respect others opinions because I personally think one of the scripts I read was 10x Better than what we got

I've always differentiated between "best" and "favorite". I recognize the original as the best made, but it's not the one I'd most likely watch at random. Only the lowest one on my list is what I'd consider terrible for this genre though. Just painful to sit through.

Freddy's Dead (never did I want to tell Freddy to shut up until this one)
NOES Remake (lighten up. literally, i can't see this cinematography!)
The Dream Child (creative, but kinda dull, with like two characters)
Freddy's Revenge (+2 for the gay, -2 for generic non-dream horror)
Freddy vs Jason (the best Jason movie. fight me)
New Nightmare (a dark meta fairy tale, before its time)

Yes, TDM, because it was in that sweetspot between Goofy Clown Freddy and Vicious Monster Freddy but with waaay more creativity and fun than the others, while also sporting some interesting themes and character stuff (which is pretty lacking in most slasher flicks). Alice is still my favorite NOES heroine because of the journey she goes through. It's a shame the follow-up is so dry.
