Dove bands are a size 3 and the Am. woodcock is a 3B in which I've done a few ringing of these with only one return. It will be interesting to see the traveling that bird did
Take that chunk of plastic with the chip in it, tape it or JB weld it right next to the ignition. Then go to the hardware store and make all the keys you want. They’ll all work. That’s what I did, 3 years ago, still there and still working.
I carry a small power bank and a charging cord with me and recharge my shotcam in the field if necessary. Comes in handy in the extremely heat or cold days that suck the battery or I forget to top off battery before hunt. Don't ask how I know.
If you're centered up and on target you can take dove at 35 and in. Might get lucky beyond that but the pattern just gets so thin with just over a half ounce of shot being thrown out.

Super glue the black plastic or tape it to the ignition cylinder, like behind the plastic if you don't want to deal with the dealer.

So I went dove hunting and only shot urasian collard doves I got 17 I was wondering if they band urasians or just turtle dove?

Not common at all pretty sure bands are used for location tracking for where the birds go
