- The plaintiff used to be married to the defendant and they have three children together. She says he physically and emotionally abused her on a daily basis, which caused her to lose some of her hearing. Their son got in trouble and they agreed to help split fees so he could get back on his feet, but he hasn’t paid, so she’s suing for breach of contract and emotional distress. The defendant says he has turned his life around and is in recovery. He’s countersuing for emotional distress.
So Mama wants Dad to pay half, everytime Jr gets in trouble ?👿 He’ll Never learn 😅

Dude was in prison most of their marriage. That means he was a screw up from the beginning. So you have to ask why'd she marry and procreate with a loser unless she's a loser as well. If that's the case, then the kid simply became a statistic

I'm sure part of the reason is because she was so young when she met him. I don't think that's the only excuse... I experienced something very similar and stayed for 7 years and I really can't explain exactly why because it was the worst 7 years of my life. just know it's not easy to leave, you have hope that you can help them change, the convince you in manipulate you into feeling like it's going to be your fault if they die because you're all they have, they don't always let you just leave, when I was finally done for real for real I had to snake and find a new home and move without him knowing where the address was going to be. like I said it's hard to explain unless you've been through it

Let's start with the actual problem...THE FATHER and mother. My focus is primarily on the father because he created a broken home, left them, then when he was around, he created havoc. He was physically, verbally, and financially abusive. He put that woman in a position to over mother while he got to UNDER PARENT. To add insult to injury, how are you trying to hold your son accountable when he hasn't held himself accountable? If you already owe 55k in child support, what's the problem with covering all of the bills concerning that case? I could see if the father had sought out forgiveness and redeemed himself but he didn't. He came to the court with unclean hands. Pot, meet kettle.
That lady is lying. She probably lied about her age to him. She probably married him in prison. The guy said majority of their marriage he was incarcerated. I’m glad her case got dismissed.

Defendant was quick to say what he does now with talking to kids but never took any responsibility for his actions instead claiming he was in jail or the marriage was great until other got involved. Everything he said was someone else's fault. Why would anyone bail him out of jail? He was a heroin addict who beat his wife so badly she needs hearing aids. How can you raise a child when you're in prison?
Edit: Then at the end, he kept saying, "your son," as if she made the child by himself.
He literally said that it was nobody else’s fault, and that he is not going to make any excuses, and that it was all his decision and he did it.

The mom is weak. That’s how my ex wife is- let the kids do whatever they wanted to do, I punish them and come home from work and they are playing the Play Station and haven’t done anything in the home. It became way too much and it’s too difficult to have a stable home under the circumstances- I divorced her and moved out. What a relief to be out of there.

If you are the Plaintiff, you need to be ok with the Judge decision. You the one that brought the defendant to court. No need to argue afterwards. Accept it and move on. She at the end asking where is her money. The Judge has spoken.

I'm sorry but she served that story of abuse and drugs to judge to manipulate the case. If she stayed with him willingly after each incident I don't feel sorry for her. He went to jail several times and she waited on him to come home to her high and ready to beat her daily all over again allegedly. She needs to take accountability and also raise them kids to do the same. Fair judgement.

The defendent is right about not having there son. But he didn't pay child support for years. Now he has his on business and is a recovering addict he wants to act as if he's in the right. The son might not respect him.
