Thanks I appreciate that - I'll be looking at doing some more videos based along similar lines, probably once I get through the upcoming busy Dec period.
Craig thank you so much for this vid omg, I’ve wanted to play this song for months now and I finally found out how to make my keyboard go down an octave so I can play it
Hi Craig still trying this difficult to see where your fingers are placed especially with right hand as still getting used to where keys are but still enjoyed it 👍
Even if this tutorial is 1years old, it bring you a new sub and of course a like. This vid is fire, I learn it in like 30min because of you. (even if I don't actually can play the right hand and the left at the same time). Thanks a lot. 👏👏
Hey thanks for the comment and sub; I'm glad you enjoyed the video and learning this great Fats Domino song. I uploaded a new rock n roll tutorial recently and will do more in the future, so stay tuned. Cheers
@@Songwriter74 I just came back to learn the end and saw your reply. Now, to the pleasure of my father and his parents I can do the whole song correctly. I'll now look at this rock n roll tutorial. Thanks a lot again
Thankyou so much for the tutorial Craig! Very easy to learn thanks to your way of teaching. I would love to see a tutorial of Fats Dominos "I'm Ready". I can't find any tutorials for that song. Many thanks again 👍👍
Thanks for the suggestion abloke. Fats Domino is my favourite piano player of all time, and yet I have never heard this song until looking it up on RUclips. Thank you kindly for mentioning 'Going To The River' - am working on it, that's the truth!
OK I have given it a go: ruclips.net/video/l5-2Dt26iro/видео.html It is not a 'tutorial', but you can learn a bit about the song/structure in the video description. Cheers!
Another nice lesson. Your teaching style is perfect! I think a lesson on Jerry Lee Lewis would be great. Probably Whole Lotta Shakin’ or Great Balls of Fire. Also, perhaps maybe a lesson on Johnny Johnson.
Thanks for the suggestion; that's another Fats Domino song I have never heard, but I've had a listen online and it would be cool to have a play around with this. I'll see what I can do.
Hi, thanks for the comment. If you had asked for one of his other popular hits I would have said 'absolutely'. Surprisingly, Blueberry Hill is not one I've played before. I might look at learning it however, and in the meantime will consider doing one of his other songs such as 'I Hear You Knockin'.'.
@@Songwriter74 No worries, thank you. I personally thought "blueberry hill" was one of, if not, his most famous songs throughout his career. I think you'd like it. It's the first song on his greatest hits album. It was his first hit, and made him famous.
Great lesson, picked it up quickly with your straightforward, articulate teaching style. Needs more views
Thanks for the feedback Charlie, I'm glad you found it helpful
I don’t own a piano, I don’t play piano, but after watching this excellent tutorial, I feel I can do both, thanks, I love this song
I am definitely going to share this with all my music peeps because you need more subscribers you are an awesome teacher

That's awesome, good to hear you managed to kill two birds with one stone! Cheers
Outstanding - thank you
You're welcome, thanks for watching.
Thanks a ton, Craig!
No probs, I would like to get around to doing another tutorial sometime; stay tuned. Cheers

Very good! Nice song... great performance! Do you have the sheet music for piano?
Thanks; I don't use sheet music much - generally just play by ear instead, as was the case for this song. Cheers

Cool thanks Harry. I just had a listen to 'I'm Ready' - first time I have ever heard it. It's a great tune and worth having a look at.
Great song ! I can't for the life of me figure out the left hand piano part.
Awesome work! 👍👍👍
Thank you, sincerely
Fabulous lesson. Would you be consider doing 'going to the river' by Fats Dominio? I always like the bassy introduction.
