I’m a huge fan of NYR and so happy they are now available in the US. I’ve used the Lift line since released and my skin loves it! The lift and tightening is real!
Essential oils are not always friendly. Just a word to the wise. That being said i know what nourishes my skin and what i have even the tiniest irritations from. For me lavender is a miracle. But it drys my boyfriend skin and he actually has a sensitivity to it. I had a female friend who couldn't even go near a bathroom where lavender steam from a product used in the shower was escaping. She would smell it from my laundry soap even. Her throat would begin to close up. Not sure if she ever had to actually go to hospital over it. But i do know there was more than once when she thought she was gonna have to. One of her daughters had the same sensitivity. One did not. The one that did couldn't even be around rosemary(same plant family right?). I used to use a brands hibiscus soap and lotion. Brightening!? Why yes it is. Did i realize it was probably brightening due to an immune reaction? Yes i did. Because it would cause that white look under the skin. And i knew thats my immune system kicking in. But did i stop using the products? No. Why. Wasn't enough for me to worry about. Smells divine. Until months and months after i introduced my very bedroom to a **it-ton of ivy oil (stomped around in a patch of dirt that was actually roots that had been cut up less than 10 minutes prior). Wore my shoes home into my room and proceeded to wipe them into my carpet. 'What is all thus slick stuff coming off?' Ugg. Lol. Anyway many months after ridding and washing soo many things still thinking im reacting/getting exposure because my upper thighs weren't healing! Turns out it was the hibiscus soap i so stubbornly refused to stop using. And really you dont even want to hear my recent story with Frankincense. I don't feel like typing in anymore stuff lol. But just be cautious. And be very selective. Just because someone else doesn't react. Or reacts so subtly they don't catch it. And don't ever self deny any reactions of irritation. Just be gentle with your skin. Always. And it will find homeostasis on its own. If you're staying hydrated.
This is great! You guys should have more testers like this with the products and then a video of their experience! Very relatable! Thank you!
