According to a post here on Blog Mickey, the trumpets and drummers were returning to the parade this year. What happened? Any idea? Either way, this parade needs a HUGE refresh. It looks really drab compared to all the FREE Christmas parades at the other Disney parks round the world. The lighting is particularly low, especially coming down Main Street. Once Upon a Christmastime Parade should be the high bar to all the others as it's the only once behind a paywall.

There are no trumpeters or drummers... what a shame... they were the best thing in the parade😢

I think they forgot which way they wre gong and marched 3,600 miles *WEST* to Disneyland.
