    This recipe is the simplist one I could find and it turned out delicious, you really don't need anything fancy which I love!

    tried this recipe.. Mine turns out so good. Didnt have onion leeks. Garlic,onion,kimchi,soy sauce, sesame oil, bell peppers. Butter or margarine for sauteing.

    On how I make it, instead of soy sauce, using a mix of gochujang and gochugaru and a little salt will give a good kick to the flavor. It also looks redder and more appetizing.

      since it's a filipino style, soy sauce is more accessible than gochujang, i like gochujang better though for an appetizing look

    I was confused why there was sauteing at the start, lol. Then i saw Pinoy style. Now that made sense. (Pls cut your kimchi in bite-sized pieces next time :) )

      kimchi is sour not salty

    • @ejmtv3
      @ejmtv3 3 года назад +1

      maybe you are using fresh kimchi. I suggest using week old or older kimchi to make it sour not salty

    • @chrizziaanneagullana3584
      @chrizziaanneagullana3584 3 года назад

      Actually kimchi is salty when freshly made because it hasn't fermented yet, but after 2 days and more, the kimchi will taste sour because of fermentation..I bet you haven't made kimchi..
