Yes it does. If you go ahead to spray the cake with more alcohol before wrapping it for storage, it can last a long time. Over a year in the freezer. But it must be tightly wrapped with cling film to prevent it from getting wet.

my dear, forget about those thermometers joor. 😂 always bake on medium or low heat depending on the size of the cake and they will turn out fine.
