Mexico is crazy….wonderful! Got back from San Miguel de Allende last night and I’m ready to go back! I went to buy a condo so I can go and stay as often and as long as I want. Soooo excited! Loving your videos. VIVA MEXICO!
You guys are so awesome. Such a positive vibe. I love your channel. Keep making videos because they are so uplifting. Safe travels. and many blessings from a New Zealander living in Mexico.
Fascinating town! Feels like a dream - as if a waterfall, streaming down a hillside, suddeny petrified into colorful stones and a city was built around wherever the stone-fall meandered. The bug ride and especially the gondola ride add to that dreamlike feeling. How the gondola is right in the city like that. That seems like something people do in a dream and then wake up and think, "oh, that could never happen." Like having a flying machine that stays close enough to the Earth that you could just zip across town in it! Silversmithing your rings also adds to the dreamlike feeling of overall adventure in the area - very cool! "The Legend of the Taxco Rings" that, when brought together, release great powers of awesome video production.
We absolutely love 💕 how you described Taxco! It really did feel like that. So much of it like you said - the taxis, zocalo, landscape, the gondola. All of those memorable experiences have left a mark on our heart. Thank you so much for being here and sharing this with us Jay.
What a dreamy town Taxco is. It does look like it could be in the hills of Spain. Thank you for pointing out who we need to to appreciate Adam, that is something I am sure a lot of people unfortunately overlook but simply just don't know. Another great video by the two of you!
One of the neatest towns you've been in. Loved everything about it especially the gorgeous mountains. Such a cute bug hug in the bug ride! So much to see. This could have easily been a two hour video. Love you guys! Keep up the great work and enjoy the ride.
Thank you Gary! It truly is such a special spot. There’s a lot of history there. I forgot to mention that the indigenous hid that mine when the Spanish arrived so they wouldn’t exploit it and only mined about 2% of the minerals in it! Pretty cool they found it when remodeling because patrons kept hitting their heads on a beam so they went to dig out the floor and bam!! A mine!
I am CONSTANTLY so impressed how much you two squeeze into your days of exploring a new city. This video is such a top-notch Mexico vlog...thank you for taking me back to Taxco again! Absolutely love this pueblo mágico and you showcased it beautifully ✨💛 P.S. the fact that you got to make custom, handmade rings was way too cool! Looking forward to doing that whenever I go back P.S.S. dangg you found the coolest night in the city it seems like!!
Thank you so much Maddie!! We appreciate your kindness. Sometimes I think I over plan our days and try to squeeze in too much but it works out most the time perfectly! So glad we could take you back and yes I told you you would love making rings with Gustavo! He was so sweet!
What a beautiful town…….so much to do and see……thx for the tour! I had read somewhere that Mexico City had a huge VW beetle factory years ago and that’s the reason why there’s so many of them in the country……. Have a great week!
Your enthusiasm, playfulness and affection for each other and Mexico is always my favorite part of every video. It's contagious and my heart for Mexico grows larger. I've appointed you friends in my head, so you know. jaja Gush gush Bucket list is living at least a year in a highland colonial town. Hugs and love.
Thank you for making this video! My husband is from the area, & we just got back from there last month (May). Taxco is so BEAUTIFUL!! My hubby & I LOVE your videos. You two are the CUTEST couple 😍
Heidi and Adam, I've watched soooo many of your videos I can't thank you enough for your content and most of all - I want to thank you for being so genuine and sweet. You guys are the kind of folks I'd love to run into in my travels. Thank you for all of your hard work and effort putting together these informative videos for all of us to view. We here on RUclips genuinely appreciate YOU. Thank you.
Yes, thank you! I was born in México, and I know some of the cultural history, from my grandmother who was born in 1900. When she was alive, she always shared so much of what she got to live and experience, as well as stories she was told as a child. She remembered how the “gente de antes” people from before, all lived so different lives, but still lived amongst each other. She was referring to the hard working indigenous people, and their “friends “ who exploited them. 😔
Wow the city looks so beautiful! I've never seen so many VW beetles all in one spot or heard Hug Bug before. That's so much silver and the ring making looked fun too. That cable car went to high!! The resort and country club looked pretty swanky. Wonderful views too.
Un atardecer, buena comida, bebidas y para rematar la banda con música y tradiciones mexicanas y la increíble sensación de "en este momento todo es perfecto, todo está bien". Sólo quién lo ha vivido sabe de que hablo.
Best Taxco video I've seen, and there are a lot! Moving to Mexico next year and Taxco was going to be my destination but it's just too hilly for me to walk every day. Will definitely be at the top of my "visit as often as I can" list, looks like such a great place and you showed it so well! Keep up the good work, you guys set the bar! Love you bunches ☮️❤️❤️❤️😎

TAXCO! SO MANY MEMORIES! ...I got some of the best times of my life there I'm from Texcoco Edo. de Mex. I traveled to barrio San Miguel several times many friends made there ! Amazing Town.....guys I'm so jealous you are there! I'm in Arizona USA hope I go visit before I die!.... keep enjoying your tour in Mexico! Try not to fall in love whit places like this if you want to keep travelling! I did fall in love with TAXCO......and I fall in love Whit Flor!....... unfortunately I got to keep it going......that was more than 25 years ago still hurts as it was yesterday!
I was there. There was a wedding going on at the main church. A balcony overlooks thr church. Streets lined witj silver shops one after snother. I guess they all belong to the same syndicate. Do clearly remember lots of houses built up on a steep hill. Did buy some beautiful Mayan design silver earings, necklace, etc.
This is Paul.... and Gloria in Oaxaca. Well, we haven't been to Taxco either, but of course after watching your wonderful video, it's on our list. We love Mexico and there's just so so much beauty here. It's really beyond belief. It's a shame that so many people in the USA have such a negative opinion on Mexico. I like it when you put the prices of your meals and I was wondering what that fancy restaurant cost you guys?
Hi Paul! You’re so right about that! It seems like an endless treasure trove of beauty! Oo yes you know what we actually couldn’t remember the prices exactly of the food. I actually wrote to the restaurant and tried looking up their menu but I couldn’t find it but I believe the steak and salmon were around $14-$18 each.
Yes we definitely ate well in Taxco. This week we went to the store and have been cooking in - saving money that way, balancing the budget! 😁 But Taxco has restaurants for every budget!
Oh yes what u guys seen with the fireworks Torito is very traditional. I love the sound of the Tuba band music. It’s definitely a different adventure fun one! I just love it when u see the musicians with their sombreros on and the tuba lol
I'm loving that you're putting recommendations at the end of every video now. It's great to know you can go to the last bit of each video to see those specific shout outs if planning a trip to that pueblo!!

Aww Jose thanks so much for sharing this with us! It was hard to leave!
I was there. There was a wedding going on at the main church. A balcony overlooks thr church. Streets lined witj silver shops one after snother. I guess they all belong
to the same syndicate. Do clearly remember lots of houses built up on a steep hill. Did
buy some beautiful Mayan design silver earings, necklace, etc.
Glad that you enjoyed! It was such a beautiful place and the whole experience was amazing for us! ❤️
$14 to $18 dollars...whoa.... That's way way above our budget.
Yes we definitely ate well in Taxco. This week we went to the store and have been cooking in - saving money that way, balancing the budget! 😁 But Taxco has restaurants for every budget!
Taxco is Mexico's capital of silver. I went there and got a really nice chain for a great price.
Oh that’s awesome! They had a ton of beautiful pieces!
And Mexico is the #1 silver producer in the world
Seen lots of Taxco videos in my research yours is one of the best.
We appreciate that thank you!
You guys found another beautiful city to share with us!

Oh yes what u guys seen with the fireworks Torito is very traditional. I love the sound of the Tuba band music. It’s definitely a different adventure fun one! I just love it when u see the musicians with their sombreros on and the tuba lol
Haha we LOVE that too!
I'm loving that you're putting recommendations at the end of every video now. It's great to know you can go to the last bit of each video to see those specific shout outs if planning a trip to that pueblo!!
We love that part too!! Thanks Natalie!
