When I was 19 working at the Subway at Clemson the Clemson football players came in and demanded I didn’t make their sandwich. They wanted the other pretty girl to make their sandwiches. Being shunned like this was so humiliating and stuck with me for decades. I had to stand in the back and not help them. I know they were just total a-holes, but these things hurt. And make you question your perceived value - not necessarily your true value. If I relived this today I would let them know none of us are fixing their sandwich, and we’re calling the police if they don’t leave. 🙌🏼
I agree. My dad called me a “loser” for years. And then when I complained to him about this he’d tell me to “get my brain fixed”. I wish I kept my distance sooner.
But cheaters are consumed by walking over whoever they want to to get what they want and it's them who run law enforcement or manipulate law enforcement to allow them to do as please , they either intimidate everyone or scare everyone not to stand up to them. . .
