I think it's cool that Alex Marquez has sort of made his own way in MotoGP. It's got to be tough following his his bro's footsteps, but he's got his own style.

At 0:03, Towquez clearly saw Pecco coming, He already missed tow of Bez and He didn't want to miss tow of Pecco as well, So he should have slowed in the entry of the corner to let Pecco through, Instead He just exited the corner @0:07 to Catch Pecco for tow.. People defending Marc are insanely ignorant. Pecco was starting a fast lap, there was a blue flag at the exit of the pit lane, and Marc turned around and saw him coming. You slow down and let the fast rider do his thing, that's not an option, it's a blue flag rule. But no, Marc didn't want to lose his tow target Bezzecchi.
Any other rider would've gotten a penalty in this case.

@@macsmith6216 obviously you haven’t ridden or raced on a track before. HE DELIBERATELY road out of pit lane to disrupt Pecco and try to catch Bez. It’s one of the main rules in racing ‘give way to on coming traffic when leaving pit lane’ the camera angle and footage doesn’t show the speed.. at that speed Peccos line of sight through there is passed pit lane exit to the apex of that corner and MM plonked himself right on the racing line, the line of vision Pecco needs for that corner entry.. that was potentially more dangerous than nudging a rider of track through a turn. Imagine if Pecco had have not seen him for what ever reason … What if all the riders started doing that!? Marquez is allowed to get away with way too much. Head games are one thing, dangerous riding requires much harder penalties.

IMHO: riders lurking around on track, or in the pit lane, for their chosen 'target' rider to appear, needs to be either very heavily penalised, or, banned. Instead, let every rider, or staggered groups of riders, take a three-lap solo speed ride, one for warm-up, two laps for the speed run; then, the best time attained is the one that places them on the grid.
Or better give all the pilots bikes with same engine to see who is the best!

Everyone defending Marc here fails to take into account that Honda waited for bagnaia to do an outlap then timed it to send him out of the pits to coincide when Pecco is crossing the line to start a fast lap. Had every right to be pissed off. It's sad that an 8-time world champion isn't capable of doing a lap on his own without stirring shit with others for no reason.

it's all about towing, and pecco doesn't like it, he wants marc to fly instead of waiting for him to be in front of marc, you can see pecco's hand gesture telling marc to go ahead, not slow down, which later marc will tow pecco, maybe because marc isn't confident with speed his bike, so he did this. but not all riders like this.

In EspanjaGP it's against the rules to wait for someone on the racing line. Riders always get punished in moto1 and moto2. Narc crashquez does this every practice session.

Alex Rins won last two races in 2022 on suzuki and look at where he is now?He won the race in COTA i will give him that but COTA is a honda track Mir who was at least finishing top 5 in 2022 is crashing every race..Honda has no acceleration speed,no grip,barely any corner speed and no horsespeed on straights
