A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
He plays and teaches guitar on his RUclips channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

Sean, I'm happy for both of you. It's good to see you both out gigging again. You guys are such a beautiful couple and love hearing you two make music together. I hope 2021 will be a good one for both of you.
Thanks so much Larry!
Well done, waiting on my Pro32 to use with my duo!
i've come to truly enjoy all your vids. whether your singing, playing guitar, in the kitchen, or the excitement of playing with knifes when opening boxes. thanks, a big fan
Thanks so much! I'll keep em coming!
Andrea was totally in her own world when you were talking at the end of the night.
it happens
i was trying to keep the camera steady 💀
@@AndreaSilvestro hey theres nothing worse than dizzy camera work even when its intentional for artist value so my wigs off to you señorita key grip Andrea silvestro stallion
Andrea sounded great, free and uninhibited. I'm always impressed with Sean's ability handle the bass as well as the rhythm when comping. Cheers all.
Thanks so much! I appreciate the compliment :)
awh ty!
When I first heard about that things I was like naaaahh, that can't be good. When I first listened someone performing with it I was blown away. Great video! Keep up the good work. Sweet singing and playing btw!! Cheers from Germany 🤘🍺😍🎸
Thanks so much Adriano! We'll keep em coming!
ty! cheers!
this set up is incredible, and you all were spot on with your gig!!! Way to go Sean and Andrea....
ty!!
I really like the way you both sounded - also that your style while playing/singing is somewhat understated, so no over-the-top distractions, gyrating, flailing, etc.etc. which I am so tired of seeing from the many glitzy, glammed-out performers of our times. If I were as good as you two, I would be out there gigging as much as possible, and enjoying the heck out of it. Also, Sweetwater is such a great customer-service resource for musicians - I love that company.
Thanks so much! We're definitely trying to play as much as possible!
When someone pays for you to play it definitely confirms your status as a musician. I only play for fun, but I did have a paid gig a long time ago. I had learned to play Silent Night on the harmonica. Was sitting on the sidewalk outside a store, playing while waiting for the evening paper to be delivered. An old man walking by asked where’s your cup? I looked at him with a blank stare, he snarled and threw a quarter at me. I was about 12, didn’t play that well, but I guess I qualify! 😎
a paid gig is a paid gig
Thank you SWEETWATER!!
My overlords
They have good folks.
Sometimes clicking "thumbs up" isn't enough. I really enjoy your channel. I like the combo of the real gigs and instruction videos. Good, useful stuff. Refreshing.
Thanks so much Ron!
First video of this Guy I found was reviewing the S1 Pro.
Now he has Free stuff from Bose!
He’s made it!
climbing the ladder!
Those Bose PA’s are amazing! They’re so easy to setup.
I legit can't imagine gigging anything else.
I've been using a LI Model II w/ B2 Bass module for years and years. Love, love, love it. I bought a 2nd Tonematch and that works perfectly for all of our gigs. I HIGHLY recommend and SKB case for the 2 tower parts. Get the one with rollers.
Right on Tony, it's a great system.
I have been using a similar setup, but used two bass modules and two Tonematch mixers when we added bass guitar and a couple of other instruments. Two singers and three instruments, including bass guitar, all playing at the same time are no problem for the L1.
I like the portability of these systems.
Andrea, not a criticism: the songs I’ve heard seem to sound the same. Maybe ask S to feature some other stuff?
Is that Ladies Of The 80s in the background....one of the dopest tracks 🤙🏼
You know it!
I'll take your Bose discard!! BTW Sean - I ran across an OLD video where you hawked Hanz de Fuko. I tried it and I like it!! Great sales job. Thnx
Glad you enjoyed that premium men's styling paste.
Andrea wields that knife with reckless abandon and it terrifies me
it somehow gets worse
ahaha I’M SORRY
I agree about being hard to keep your eyes on the equipment when moving it for load in and out. We have a 3 piece and since I am the girl, I always watch the equipment while the other two go get the rest of our stuff. I never leave my things unattended, and I do not trust anyone else to watch it while I go get more stuff. This equipment is not cheap, and it would be difficult to replace.
Sean Daniels, you are OUT of control! Perfect title dang.. sweetwater.. Dang, share the love! Looks at Justin~ our rep! Happy Friday!
With every unboxing, I have a feeling people will look back on these videos and say, "Look, this is before she was known as Three Fingers Andrea."
💀
Andrea: The Warrior Queen of Unboxing Singers, All Hail!
yessss ty
This pile of boxes reminds me of how my hallway looks after the UPS guy left. I don't know what's happening anymore and if they deliver a Llama tomorrow, it is what it is.
....A pretty good sounding system I must say,and the BAGS ARE everything!!!!Lol... Like the Sean Safety Tip of Da day at the end as well...lol....Now,what ya gonna do w/ the older system??? Keep it incase ya ever need a Louder type set up for a diff. venue? Stay safe Sean & Andrea..... Box cuttter instead of Big Knife is another tip lol....PEACE
Very cool, guys, way to go!
As a Pre-covid (and in-between Covid waves) solo gigging performer in pubs and bars in Paris, I really appreciate that stuff, and miss my Friday and Saturday evening concerts.
So no need for a monitor with that Bose?
I suppose people were speaking loud, but I also appreciate the fair distance between you and the customers, that might have helped....
Is the Fishman you're using on the Chris Columbus spot battery powered?
Cheers and enjoy the almost back to normal business, guys!
Drop me a line if you're considering visiting Paris someday when we're back to normal.
As a user of the Bose system and the Fishman amp, I can answer your questions in case Sean doesn't get back to you. If you put the Bose tower slightly behind you and off to the side you can hear yourself quite well. No monitor is required. Feedback isn't much of a concern because the speakers are pointed in different directions. The Fishman amp needs to be plugged in (no batteries).
@@slingerace Thanks Kevin!
I was asking about the Bose tower since they were playing behind it in the video.
I didn't see the sub; this system is way over my budget anyways, but I'm still pretty much interested in a Fishman Loudbox Charge Mini or an Orange Crush Acoustic 30, maybe for busking outdoors (if my residence gig resume, both bars have a house PA).
@@brisleeadams Gotcha. I have both the Fishman Loudbox mini and the bigger Loudbox Artist. Now that I checked, I see that there is a battery powered Loudbox mini. It could then well be that Sean was using the battery version rather than the plug version. I've watched all the videos where he's used it, but haven't heard him say it's battery powered. Of course, there may well not be any outlets in that park where he plays. www.fishman.com/portfolio/loudbox-mini-charge-amplifier/
Great show guys! Sounded Classico!!
thanks!
Hey Sean.....is the a system you would still recommend? My wife and both gig in the Atlanta area. But we both play guitar and sing. Get the Bose mixer too? By the way, I get all my stuff at Sweetwater. They are absolutely the best.
I’m addicted to the acoustic version of Polestar... I hear it in the background at the end of this video. Questions:
A: Who wrote the lyrics? I went to the official Ryder’s lyric page and it says written by the whole band...Was it a collaboration on Polestar?
The lyrics speak to me the song opens my heart❤️Thank you✨🙏🏻✨ (Bonus, it made me look up the word ‘halcyon’)
B: Is there a place I can download the acoustic version of polestar?
If the answer to B: is yes... ohh sweet halcyon.... Thank you for this Beautiful song🙏🏻
Thanks so much! I write all the songs but hopefully will be doing more collaborative efforts soon! We're working on uploading the acoustic version so I'll get it posted ASAP!
we will send the link once it’s up!
I'm late to the party, but can the line out be used to run a floor monitor if I wanted too? Does it have it's own volume control?
Do you do landscaping and superb lawn care and maintenance?
I just got the Legendary BOSE F1 812 w Sub for Djing. Do you have any familiarity with that particular model? Always enjoy , although im late to your channels 😊
Beautiful voice! Using Sub1 or Sub2?
That sounds fantastic.
Forgive me if I overlooked it, but I can’t see where your Bose Pa is in relation to you during the performance. Is it in front? Behind? To the right?
Nice equipment, Good performance. 👍🏾
thanks!
Guitar sounded nice and full on my TV soundbar, but Andrea's voice was a bit boomy. I'm thinking proximity effect? She needs to pull her mic away a bit, too close and it sounded muffled. But my gosh, a voice of an angel. 💖
Thanks for the feedback Lou!
ty! we will work on it :)
It’s like Christmas all year long at your place
It's pretty great :)
Is it possible to use Tonematch to reduce the piezo sound?
Sean, you two are awesome👌 how do you look so calm, cool, and collected playing in front of people? I get nervous and stop practicing when my wife comes in the room.
Nice! In this video is the Sub1 or Sub2? Thanks
Nice system bro!
Thanks bud!
Another Sweetwater Christmas. Glad to see that there were no injuries during the unboxing. Great performance and the Bose sound was amazing too.
Thanks so much Joe!
glad there weren’t
Can you list down boxes dimensions and weight? Tnx
If you're older ones now classed as a spare.. I'll look after it 😊
I appreciate it :)
Wow...a reply from the legend himself.. wasn't expecting that. Seriously though.. do these companies send you these things to keep or just to try out?.. do you give stuff to charity?.. hold competions? Just curious.. cheers Sean.
Thanks! It's kinda different everytime. A lot of the time I get to keep it but I try to keep things in regular rotation in the hopes that companies will want to repost my stuff or work together again.
I am lover of bose...bro
The best!
Was hoping you guys could maybe use a looper to play that acoustic version of the song you play at the end of this. I love that song the ah coo stick version. Like live somewhere they would love it I'm sure.
Great idea!
ahaha stoppp the a coup stick
Sweetwater is the greatest. When it comes to music products I can say, “I got a guy!” That is better than just a web site to order from. I can call Dan up and tell him what I am looking for and we can discuss it. Plus, I get candy!
What’s the name of the first song yous did? Where do I find it?
How did you carry in that piano much less fit it in your car?
Haven’t seen the muppets in a while. Are we sure that Andrea didn’t murder them with those mad knife skills?
I’ll take a couple of OZ’s of that sweetwater Sean! Sign me up!
If I was Sweetwater and Bose I would give you guys free stuff to try out too. 👍🏼
We never had anything stolen but when I was in my 20’s, we played in a punk band mostly in Dallas. It seemed like every gig something was stolen from a band. Sad times.
Sounds good from here
ty for listening!
I've learned a lot from your tips/lessons videos, so I'll try to return the favor...... Get yourself a Slice Mini Box Cutter. (I have the 10514) For $10 you can avoid a trip to the ER, or damaging new gear opening the box.
It will also force Andrea to audition for the 'Kill Bill' prequel on her own time. ;)
Hey Sean bro, so is life back to normal at your place ? as no more masks. Great to see this . Between - Awesome performance by both of you as always ❤❤❤👌👌👌😊😊😊
It's starting to get there. Most of the population in our city. has been vaccinated or has had the opportunity, so it's coming back. Thanks!
@@seandaniel23 Great to know Sean ❤👌. Feels happy about it. Many thanks for the update. Takecare.
Poor little Fishman Loudbox, your reign was short. Sean, love the background mix of In Syckness & In Health, cuz I could listen to you and Pasha every day. Oh wait, I DO listen to you guys every day. Best wyshes for your gigs. ‘Careful Wyth That Knyfe Andrea’, could be a Dovydas cover of Pink Floyd.
haha
The Fishman shall return!
Andrea opens boxes like Micheal Myers!!
Sweetwater is awesome!
how can I get this?
Who's your camera person and editor? Good job you two.
Haha. Just me
@@seandaniel23 You do a very good job. And you music is great. Big thanks...
and me
@@AndreaSilvestro Yes, I know you really are the one in charge. My wife always reminds me all the time. You have a great singing voice...have fun.
When I'm not busy driving to Florida to gig I'm dreaming of needing a new Bose rig! Cheers Sean and Andrea!!
cheers!
Casually dropping Ladies from the '80s in the background lol
Haha, the best background music
Nice guitars
Thanks ;)
Mary Kay Jackpot!
Gotta get that money
Just have Andrea watch your gear, she will kick anyone's ass that tries to jack your equipment!
She's pretty savage
Ahhh cool set up guys! Sounding awesome :)
thanks Sam!
This is getting out of control, I think SweetWater should also send some items to me , then they will be amazing!
Good crowd
The finest patrons
Yeah haha drag a Bose and a Fishman out to busk, things are way different in Florida that's all I can say...😎
You both sounded great along with the new equipment. Andrea looked great. Sean looked purposefully scruffy. I wonder who takes longer to get ready. Also, Sean, you should teach Andrea to hold the open bladed knife in her teeth pirate style. I mean this is Tampa,. Right?
thanks so much!
3:16 : *adam neely intensifies*
Ok, I practically never make a negative comment but that camera work on the Bose unit literally made me have to stop watching. Made me nauseous. Got to HOLD IT STILL. Back up if you want to show more. Sorry for the neg comment
sorry about that!
@@AndreaSilvestro Really, so sorry for the negative comment. You guys do an amazing job and I enjoy it 99% of the time! Thanks for all you do😌
Merch you used to sell that marjiawana
“Yes” 🤪
Viewer number 3!
Thanks for watching Frank!
At least the people in the back can hear you
Definitely!
heh buddy if you are getting way to many boxes and its getting out of control let me come to your rescue. let me know where i can send you my mailing address and you can forward all that gear to me , problem solved! over the years i have sent sweetwater a ton of my money and all they have ever given me is some really cheap candy, whats your secret? (edited) BTW that concert in the end sounded really cool. nice picking on that second number, i really liked that, still listening .
Thanks so much for listening!
ty!
Nice $2,700 comp there. Don't forget to report it on your tax return. :-)
A the end Andrea was clearly in the midst of sorting something out...I hope all is well
was too focused on keeping the camera steady 💀
The bigger the box do that means more candy 🤔
Gee guys, what great problem to have!
Good grief both of your knife awareness freaks me the eff out.
I'd be really sad if either of you got hurt.
"Did you leave the knife open behind you?"
-Guy who left his knife open behind him 40 seconds earlier with the POINT FACING HIM?
I will literally come to Florida and open the boxes for you next time you do something like this.
DM for where to send plane tickets. lol
hahahaha
ahahaha my bad
No cheesy intro joke
Mary kay?
@@seandaniel23 went over my head 🙂
Awww to bad you don’t live in Toledo ohio
