If booing Grealish puts him off his game and helps earn Villa 3 points then I'm all for it. However, I hold no resentment towards the lad and don't begrudge him his move and his success. Once he's retired he'll be a Villa fan again and all will be forgiven, I'm sure. UTV VTID
Grealish has been protected by the English media from day 1. This forward has not scored a goal in over one year for his club The xenophobic media in this country never stop going on about "foreign flops" like Nunez, Anthony, and Mudryk but they never talk about how awful Grealish has been since he joined City because his an England international. All this guy does is run down the wing with the ball and cut it back. He offers nothing else. He is one of the worst buys ever in football.
The fact you are going off topic and slating grelish instead if discussing his relationship with villa fans says it all. You're also talking complete nonsense
The boo’s were minimal until he dived to win a penalty, in most Villa fans heads he became any other player at that moment. Watch his first return game at VP, of course a few boo’s but the majority was “Villa Til I Die” chants.
I need people to chill out. This man is Aston Villa through and through. But after serving our club on the pitch, and bringing in $100 million in a transfer that definitely benefited the organization, he went on to win with another team. let’s not forget, he stayed with us as we went down, and he absolutely could’ve gone to Spurs and left us earlier. Instead, he agreed to a contract stipulation that would benefit the club he loves. For some reason, we have a contingent of fans that have decided that because he’s an ex player, he should somehow be booed and never again be considered an Aston Villa, legend or one of our own. Don’t get me wrong, he’s not an Aston Villa player right now. Which means it is absolutely OK to boo him if your intent is to throw him off his game. But the minute the whistle blows, it should be all love. Aston Villa is his boyhood club, and he’s given a decade++ to this club. Let that man be human. And understand, if you dish it out [fans] don’t get mad when he [Jack] gives it right back and you gotta take that. UpTheVilla!
Tbf they have never really shown much Grealish has at least been good in the past and was a big part of their treble winning season you do get a bit more credit when you have actually contributed something to the team.
@ that’s very subjective. All the players mentioned have been great for previous clubs and had/have massive potential… But we know who’s been more criticized by the English media
@ I am only talking about their current teams Grealish has been good for City and actually contributed to them achieving something which none of those players have at their current club. I dont think Rashford has been let off by the UK media they’ve had a go at him loads. Grealish I think still has a bit of credit left in the bank.
@ disagree… he’s not been imo. If grealish had thesame impact on United and same g/a… he’ll be considered a flop. But city win trophies which is fine in the grand picture
Wouldn’t want him back at villa, would be for nostalgic reasons and not football reasons, He isn’t as good as Rogers and his wages don’t justify the output, he was booed because he tried to jump at every opportunity and made a song and dance about staying then jumped ship, thank him for what he did but feel indifferent about him and the booing made him lose his rag
@@Stealthycarper-h1z That's Villa's decision on who they spent it on. Bailey helped the club reach UCL starting most games. 52 appearances in all competitions last year, 14 goals and 14 assists. Think it's harsh to say that's hit and miss. Not Grealish's fault Buendia has been injured for a large chunk. 100 million pounds helped Villa massively.
@rugbyanalyst1 you think so? Surely how villa spend it has everything to do with whether the money helped them or not. For example if villa were to spend it on a striker that has since been moved on for less than half the fee paid, a wing that's done OK (contributed less than diaby I might add) and another that has missed a lot of games (best ability availability- I'd also question his output when he has played) then I'd say the money didn't benefit them at all.
@@Stealthycarper-h1z Those 3 players cost 89 million pounds... in October Gerrard was sacked and the remaining money was probably used on getting Unai Emery. That alone helped the club massively.
@strider775 nonsense, villa fans still do and always will love him and would take him back tomorrow without a shadow of a doubt, whether the team need him or not is a different debate
We owe a lot to Jack. He was instrumental in our promotion back to the PL, arguably single-handedly kept us in the PL, and then gave the club £100m when he left. I would welcome him back in the blink of an eye. His is a legend. Only a few fans boo'd, but that is football.
Very predictable! AVFC and it's fanbase owe Jack everything and Jack owes AVFC and their fans nothing. I think for the 100 minutes a season(if Jack plays in the away fixture at Villa Park) the Villa fans are allowed to make it as difficult a day at the office for Jack without being labeled as disrespectful or ungrateful ffs! Jack loves to give it 🤔🤨
Jack Grealish: 1/more loyal than Jude Bellingham so should have a statue! 2/did singlehandedly more than any other player I've seen for us 3/his transfer paid for what we see now 4/makes us look small time to boo such a great product of ours ----- I'd love to see him back at the Villa UTV
How is he more loyal than Bellingham?! Bellingham never played against the Blues, never dived against the Blues, left the country instead of moving up the road and possibly playing for another club in the same country as the Blues? I’m a Villa fan, but Bellingham is by far more committed and loyal to his club than Grealish was to the Villa

Perfectly said sir 🎯
Listen, Jack could have been a legend if he’d devoted his future to Villa but he didn’t and he won’t be so he’s fair game….end of!!
You’ll never see this for Antony, Enzo, or Mudryk. But always excuses for grealish and Rashford. English media never fails to disappoint 😂

Rashford is the most attacked man in all of football even by the English media so stop your nonsense
The sold a ford pinto for rolls Royce price. I’m sure Villa fans love him for that at least
Hilarious. He's just as bad as Antony ffs. Just because he's English, therefore the bias kick in 🤦🏻
Is there anyone that Scott minto wont defend? Jimmy saville?

His transfer fee helped the club massively.
How's that then? Ings has already been sold, bailey hit and miss and buendia has been injured for a large chunk

Gerrard wasn't a one club man you muppet, how is this guy talking on radio
Cause no one counts places like la galaxy
Grealish won't be loved by Villa again. He wanted to leave Villa in the end and he joined City. Villa are miles better off without Jack Grealish.
Yea but grealish in the last 10 years 3 prem tittle ,Aston villa ZERO '0'

@@Triplekay155And a UCL trophy too
He earned Villa £100M which enabled them to rebuild their squad
