I WAS WITH ALBASTAR FROM BARCELONA TO COPENHAGEN AND WAS THE WORST FLIGHT OF MY LIFE AT THE TIME OF THE LANDING JUST AT THE POINT OF CONTACT THE BELT WAS RELEASED AND I GAVE A COUP IN THE TABLE

Would love to fly with AlbaStar. Looks good! What is your opinion of the airline?

Don Cameron Well personally I wasn't a fan of it. The seats were pretty old and the seat pockets had no menus, I'm 6ft 3 and I was cramped in my seat. I always say if my knees touch the seat it's not enough. Last bad point was the smell. Not the nicest when we entered on the way back to Edinburgh. But the crew were friendly and offering to help whenever you asked. Had a good conversation with the pilots aswell, I'd give the service an 8 but the aircraft a 4.

Interesting. As you know, they are flying Boeing 737-400 Classics (as per video), although two Boeing 737-800s were recently delivered to the airline. AlbaStar, according to Website, does many pilgrimage flights. Would like to fly with them as it's something more unusual. Yes, legroom sometimes a problem. Mallorca - great island! I go to Paguera and Palma Nova frequently.

Don Cameron Well the aircraft was charted on behalf of Thomson as we did a cruise and stay. We stayed down in Palmanova in the second week. Very nice place. Loved the beach.

Yes, I was told Thomson (TUI) using AlbaStar from Glasgow. Palma Nova beaches are excellent. Are you a pilot?
