India's first IT park started by The Government of Kerala in it's capital (Trivandrum) Thiruvananthapuram known as "TechnoPark ".
Even now in 2024 it's the biggest in Asia ........ especially in terms of build up area..
Been there in Kerala twice ..very soon going there..Overall Kerala has a different & awesome vibe from .... other parts of the India.🤟

Mean while keralites are migrating to Europe and GCC 😂😂... Am a PG holder qnd couldn't find a job in kerala, now i am looking for a Job in UAE. Kerala is no1 in unemployment, if you can secure a good job in kerala the life would be good expecialy in professional field. An average keralite needs atleast 1000 rupees /day to call it a descent job because of the high cost of expense

3) US moves to SE Asia
People want to always look upto something that's lacking in around them, be it, Financial, Environmental, Moral, etc
It's your problem that you couldn't find a job. "JOB" is a job dear friend, you could do any job. As you said you are a masters degree holder, but you don't know how to use the certificate. I am a mallu but trust me Hyderabad is the best place to work... specifically if you are into IT, since you will find lots of opportunities compared to Kerala. And Weather + cross culture is a big plus...and locals speak Hindi/Telugu, so you don't have to worry about language barrier

I’m from Kerala and it’s not the best place to work if you’re a Keralite. If you know why we migrate to other places for work. Maybe some top class IT jobs could help still career wise it’s not the right place to work I would say. Opportunities are limited, growth is not much. All these due to less number of industries/companies. But it’s a good place to live especially during your childhood and after retirement.
Is it for everyone? Because my experience is different
@@aakarshitavibes1 What industry are you into? Mostly for outsiders come to work on a good industry like IT which is good enough to live easily. I’m talking about an average person who’s born and brought up in Kerala and have done schooling and college there itself. Lack of industries creates a high competition and job market in Kerala is also not that great. Probably you’re in the safe zone category (Like IT, Doctors or at an MNC). With all that said, I would definitely say Kerala is a good place to live, but definitely not the right place for career growth (unless you’re in the safe zone category I mentioned). Cost of living, accessibility, and everything else is cheaper but yeah career growth is not that great as cities like Bangalore is what I was trying to say. You might have career growth in Bangalore or similar cities but may be in a stressful living, in Kerala, you may compromise on the growth part a bit but can probably live a relaxed life. I myself moved to Bangalore to work (I work in ITES)
Most of the people want employment in their hometown you are the only guy who is telling work outside kerela lol
When you work in Banglore, Hyd , Chennai, Delhi etc you will come to know the discrimination

As a malayali, I would like to tell something to the people in the comments,who believe kerala is the best place to work -guys,that depends on your field! If you are an IT person/doctor etc you may get a good work environment. When it comes to the other fields the pay scale is horrible! Most malayalees goest through a lot of stress because they don’t get paid enough to cover their expenses from their job. Almost all jobs pays from 12k to 25k here ! ( just enough to pay their emi)Hence,the Keralites these days are moving abroad. Most of our traditional degree colleges don’t have enough students,some villages have become old age homes already because the younger generation choose to live a life abroad! So don’t think Kerala is a heaven! I’m a 30 year old malayali journalist with 8 years of experience - here in kerala .
