Mr. Gönenç Gürkaynak, our founding partner and head of ELIG Gürkaynak’s competition law and regulatory team, spoke at the 7th Global Antitrust Economics conference panel entitled “Merger Control in the New World of Antitrust” organised by Concurrences on December 8, 2022 at NYU Stern School of Business, New York. Mr. Luis Cabral (Chair - Department of Economics, NYU Stern School of Business) moderated the session and the other speakers included Mr. George S.
