I just finished your exercises from 5 years ago and just now did this one you did 11 days ago. Both are great. i will practice for several days and move on to you 7 days of finger picking and return. Thank you so much. Now to understand and work on choosing finger picking pattern for some songs. Thank you Thank you. I also have my Duke banjolele waiting for me when I get home from a trip. I guess I need a capo too for some of your songs you have done. Can't thank you enough.

I started playing like two weeks ago and the Bb isn't difficult at all for me, even tried an E chord and felt fairly easy and this is my first string instrument
@TheArrcanine you lucky one. ☺️ I still cant do it. E is not a problem for me either. But Bb... My index finger is unable to press the strings in the first fret. 🤷♀️ I tried a lot 😅

This lesson has been very helpful. I struggle with fingerpicking but showing us this way works well for me to learn. Thank you.
you could also alternate the thumb between strings 3 and 4. with a low G, that gives a bit of a bass bounce.
