- Killington. It's a well known icon for a reason. This segment from Warren Miller's "FUTURE RETRO" highlights the legendary runs and the welcoming people of Killington, the beloved "Beast of the East" ski resort, in Vermont, USA.
Former ski racers Jim Ryan and Kaylin Richardson get lost on their way to Killington, in their effort to return to this familiar and famous ski hill to witness a stop on the World Cup, cheer on their favorite skiers, and sneak in some of their own eye-popping turns. An incredible amount of work goes into hosting a World Cup event, and in a town like this, you can't help but be caught up in the excitement. It's no wonder so many locals choose to keep skiing so central to their daily lives.
