    Health Cookie #3: Intermittent fasting is extending the time between meals for as long as possible. The benefits of fasting vary greatly, ranging from improved blood pressure, cardiovascular health and stamina, to boosted rates of biological repair for damaged tissues and organs. One could and often should combine intermittent fasting with the carnivore diet, exercise and cold showers for a substantially healthier lifestyle and a remarkably stronger body and mind. One could spend six months reversing six years worth of damage, this way; More over, one wanting to go the extra mile for themselves and their health would research Autophagy to get the most out of their fasting health benefits, but here's the summary: Autophagy is when you go over 24 hours without food, and your body starts consuming and recycling its unwanted cells to repurpose them. This has even been proven to consume and recycle the cells which comprise cancers within the body.
