I had a morphine weekend in hospital because of very painful gout. I was a nurse and know how hospitals work. I am helped very much by the NHS. Carpe Diem and love Val

I often think of you but don’t want to message you as I’m sure you have quite enough going on! 🤓 I’m so thankful to hear that your pain is under control. It’s incredibly easy to slip into normalising our physical or mental pain & not realise that it isn’t ‘normal’ and that we can get help for it etc. I do it often with my knee pain...just sucking it up & functioning when in fact I need to reach out to my Dr to ask for help with pain management. As for your spirit! You’re an absolute legend, it’s very profound to realise just how our thoughts, feelings & support system can have such a positive impact on our lives 💞 Sending you so much love beautiful lady 😘 Lizz Mears 💞💞
Its Beth Starr It really hit me just how much I've probably normalized other 'pains' in my life - as you said, physical AND emotional. And I'm seeing how vitally important it is to be present - that way, I can identify if I'm soldiering on or if I'm in touch with myself. Thanks for your support, as always Lizz 💖
