I will admit that Bayonetta dying the way she did wasn't in character. But thay doesn't change how good this remix is. While I hope Bayo does return in some capacity in the future, as she is one of my favorite videogame characters of all time, I am more than ready to see how Viola finishes hee training.
This was my first Bayo and I'm a fan now, I like Cereza, but I'm intelligent enough to see hate arguments about this ending are bs. It's as open as exciting, you don't expect it on a Bayonetta game, that's all. I very much doubt we won't play as our Bayonetta anymore. The dance at the end with all characters was the most Bayonetta thing I could have ever seen. Top tier.
You literally just contradicted yourself with the start of your post. This was your first Bayo, so OF COURSE you don’t have the same level of love and attachment to the characters and world-building compared to previous fans of the series. Very flawed and ridiculous logic. Edit: Also, I wouldn’t necessarily call them “hate arguments” or whatever that’s supposed to mean. People don’t hate Bayonetta or the game at all, they just hate the shitty way the game ended (and rightfully so). Poor writing is poor writing.
People can hate all they like... This game is a masterpiece. And this song really gives the vibe of celebrating having saved the world! After beating the game it felt strangely satisfying to dance with the characters behind my screen while I was still hurting from Bayo's death.
Same. The thing is that the fanboys will always see any change as a bad choice. Even when removing the main character was the best option (Since there was little they could still do with her)
@@Alex.650 What kills me the most with fans' reactions to this game are people hating on Viola's gameplay because they actually have to learn how to play her, like... The hell??
@@CuteHimbo true😂 I mean, I get It can be a little difficult at the start, but It's better than dodge spaming with Bayonetta, It feels like you're good at the game when you actívate Witch time succesfully with Viola several times in a row.
@@CuteHimbo don’t get me wrong, Viola is a technical character and I absolutely suck with her and I admit that this is 100% on me. Again that might just be me, but I never found her gameplay anywhere near as enjoyable as Bayonetta’s.

Before anything, I'll apologize. I'm sorry. Not the right way, to celebrate the removal of Cereza and Jeanne as the veteran characters of the franchise. This song is nothing more than a sick joke, it does not have the same flair and energy like the first one.
It's not celebrating "the removal of Cereza and Jeanne as the veteran characters of the franchise" lmao, you people need to calm down. Especially as Jeanne is probably still alive after Singularity's death. It's celebrating the death of Singularity and that Cereza saved not only the world, but also the entire multiverse.
@@CuteHimbo Cereza does not need to get dragged down to Inferno which is the probably the last thing we want to see. There can be no replacement for her and Jeanne. Say what you want but I'm sticking with Cereza and Jeanne as the lead characters of Bayonetta and there can be no replacement. If you want Viola to be the new lead, that is your problem but it will not last that long.
@@GundhamTanaka2 Viola is unqualified to take the crown, sceptre and throne from Cereza and Jeanne because we did not approve of her. Kamiya should really take some notes from the Megaman story series if he wants to expand the franchise while maintaining the original veterans.

With where this song is placed in-game, it makes sense. This whole scene felt more as a disrespect to the franchise rather than a tribute.
